Just called to ask a simple question about bedding. The associate was so rude!! Was planning on buying my 2 kids bedding from pottery barn but I will take my business somewhere that treats their customers with respect.

Purchased Ava Regency Bed from them for our 3,5 yo daughter. After a few months of use by 3,5yo weighting only 35lbs headboard started to crack. Submitted claim to their customer service several weeks ago- still no response. You would think that $1300 bed will last your child for several years, not just a few months! Quality as well as customer service went way downhill with this company! Very disappointing. Will not be buying kids furnishings from them anymore.

Ordered bed, mattress, pillows, and other stuff for my daughter’s bedroom.$300 just for delivery alone.These clowns scheduled delivery appointment but only delivered the mattress.Support said that the couldn’t deliver the bed because they didn’t find my phone number on file, which is a lie, they found my number for the mattress no problem.So now they offered another delivery date, a week later. The room is empty, the old bed is out. I have to figure out how my daughter is going sleep this week.And there is no apology from their side. Is a 100% garbage service.Pottery barn is garbage now ?♂️

Absolutely, hands down, the worst online experience I have ever had. I ordered a crib for my 1st Grandchild 2 months ago. After numerous inquiries and finally a cancellation request, I am told that I have to wait 7 days to see if the cancellation is approved. They can't even tell me when it will be delivered as there are production delays even though I receive several emails/day pushing this very same crib. Pottery Barn keeps pushing it off as a Vender issue, yet the Vendor hasn't answered any emails from Pottery Barn w/ inquires starting 3 weeks ago. Pottery Barn needs to make a decision and cancel my order as I will refuse shipment. I need to go out and get a crib... do they expect me to let the baby sleep in a dresser drawer? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a lunch bag recently and paid for embroidery. The name is less than a half inch in size. You can barely see it. There is no option to pick a size when ordering and the company is not forthcoming about what you're going to get. Extremely disappointed and will not use their embroidery service again.

Buyer beware.It is the Pottery Barn policy to not allow customers to speak directly with management (via call centers) to help resolve any issues you may have regarding a purchase. I ordered 2 expensive dressers that turned out to be back ordered. It's going on 3 months now with no set delivery date in sight. Meanwhile both dressers go on sale and customer service agents refuse to price match the furniture. It is at this time that I learn that you are unable to speak directly to any form of management. There is not even a corporate number to contact if you so needed. Your situation, whatever it may be, is solely responded to by a customer service agent whether they care about doing right by the customer or not. There is no managerial oversight of these agents provided to the customer. Truly bizarre. What other company successfully operates this way?Per the agents I spoke with, I will not be given the courtesy of receiving the sale price of the furniture that is currently NOT in my possession and continues to remain on back order for close to 3 months, nor will I be able to cancel my existing order without incurring a $140 penalty. Absurd practices at what I thought was a high quality store. I am a rewards member with Pottery Barn. I have enjoyed every purchase. I have great experiences whenever I shop in store. I will not only be disputing this charge with my credit card company but I will never ever be doing business with Pottery Barn, or its affiliates, again. I do not recommend this store to anyone who values customer service, or to anyone who believes the high price tags will correspond with a high quality experience. It is the exact opposite.

Buyer beware, Pottery Barn Kids had honored 20 percent off registry from a recent corporate change on a sizable order of $5,000, we lost phone connection, we called back and the sales staff and supervisor denied 20 percent which was just approved minutes ago from the supervisor and they said they cannot honor their earlier approval. Shocking! No history on that approval in their system? We said look at the earlier approval and basically there said they don’t keep history. My take seat, you learn in business school 101 about customer service and they failed us as a long time customer. Pottery Barn Kids, you lost our family for good, there are many competitors out there happy for our business which we are happy to frequent instead. Buyers beware please be careful with frequenting Pottery Barn Kids registry, lots of gimmicks, smoke and mirrors too make a sale!

I ordered a rug in store on the 17th. I canceled the order about 10 min later by phone from my car when I discovered I did not need the rug. After 2 weeks of waiting for my refund I discovered they never canceled my order and in fact had the rug in their store. After clearing up the issue I was given a refund. It was not a total refund though as they charged me for the shipping of the rug. The rug I canceled before it was shipped. I am very frustrated with the customer service and will not shop there again.

We brought our 3 year old daughter to the store and she had a blast picking out her new big kid bed. The general manager Caitlin assisted us and when we experienced shipping delays she went above and beyond to help us get our items delivered before baby brother's arrival. Awesome to have that personal connection from visiting the store, and we appreciated the extra help and effort so much.

People wonder why they would shop online and not at a store. We walked in looking for a Mackenzie Backpack. This short chubby Caucasian salesperson was rude. Asked her to check in a few things and she didn't look like she wanted to help. Then I asked an older lady and she looked confused and didn't want to answer. I told them I'd shop online rather than at this store. If you want to get aggravated and treated poorly by the sales staff then shop their. I can't believe that she would ask the stitcher if she'd help rather than just say no. I am never shopping at this store again. PB Kids management i was there in the afternoon on 11/16. If check the staff and have them work in their service.

Never again to this store . I went there and simply asked them to return the item that I received as a gift and give me a store credit as I didn't want my friend to realize that I returned her gift and I really don't understand , does this really require 2 people to do this ??? So someone started the transaction and then the second idiot walked in to finish the transaction and she simply return the money back to my friend's card and said I am sorry I made a mistake . Now I don't have my gift and my friend realize that I return her gift . This is so ridiculous. When you are charging this numbers you better have a better level of customer service and knowledgeable staff .

Placed an online order- didn't get it for over 2 months. They ended up canceling the order because it was unavailable. I ordered a table and legs to go with it. They did ship me the legs- which is useless and now I have to pay to ship it back and return it. What a waste of time.
