They can’t find my lab results. They confirmed I did checked in on my appointment but they can’t find lab results, nothing on my quest app too. And they want me to come back to be extracted again. Appalling service.

Read reviews first but most were about appts vs. walk ins. Took my daughter today and will NEVER return to any quest. There were urine samples just lying about on the counter. Then they stabbed & dug around in her arm with not success. Switched sides & finally got it but she bled a lot after. My daughter has had blood drawn several times & no one has ever struggled. It’s been quick, easy & painless. Now she has 2 very sore arms & normally is fine by now. For 1 tiny vile.To make things worse she tried to shame my daughter into it being her fault telling her to drink more water. She did. Plenty. It’s like they never did it before & it just felt like very weird. DO NOT go here!

Recently, I arrived the Bollinger Canyon location at exactly 12om for blood work and was told very abruptly they close for lunch from 12pm to 1pm. The person said to come back at 1pm.I was very disappointed and went to another Quest instead.I highly recommend making an appointment & researching office hours as each Quest Diagnostics has different hours.The Pleasanton office doesn't close for lunch and I recommend making an appointment as they are super busy and the staff are great ??

Clean place and very conveniently located inside Safeway. Wait depends as a walk in, but we were seen within 15 minutes. We did go at 730am.

I went to get my urine test yesterday and reached the facility at 4:10pm. There was no patient waiting and the hours of service are till 4:30pm. I registered myself as a walkin patient. However, the person in the facility rudely told me that she will not take up my sample and said that she has to go home. My earlier experience with another person in this facility has been quite pleasant and this is why I drove 10 miles to go there,

Cranky, Rude and Annoyed! Awful customer care and service.... This is actually on par for all of the Quest Diagnostics locations. Just rude employees. Go elsewhere, if you can.

Don’t come without appointments. The technician has appointments every 10 mins and really it takes more than that for paperwork and blood draws. Location is manned by a single person.

Don't even come here without appointment. The technician have appointments for every 10 minutes. It takes more than 10 minutes for each appointment. This location is manned by a single person and they have to do paper work and lab work. Walking are discouraged.

Not so patient friendly. Declined just 10 min late , Patient fast 12 hrs. No front desk service that one can ask to wait in line .
