If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Besides the great price I just scored at this location, the customer service they provide is exceptional! They won me over with their professionalism, helpfulness and good energy. Mo is the person I interacted and worked with, and he is wonderful!!! Excited to move all my items in.

I have always had a perfect experience here. The number one factor is I always feel safe and trust that the security of my unit is never in danger of pilferage. Couple that with the cleanliness and the staff that delivers what they promise. It is convenient and easy. 5 stars to Moh and his crew!

everyone here is super friendly and helpful. signup was painless. the place is very secure with a coded gate to get in. storage spaces are clean and have their own lighting. hand trucks are plentiful. I compared prices and reviews at a bunch of storage places throughout the entire East Bay and Saf Keep deserves all the great reviews. highly recommended!!

Amazing amazing service! It’s easy, very clean, organized. Best part is they have lots of drive up units that are easy to get in and out of. They also have a truck that is available to rent so you don’t have to be inconvenienced of going to rent a truck anywhere else. They always have deals and they have big units. They have packing supplies and locks to buy if needed.
