Wasn’t impressed with the atmosphere of this Starbucks. When I use to come here one or two years ago the Starbucks was much more clean and upkept. Recently when you walk in you are greeted with lots of trash all over the place and unclean tables and chairs. Needs some update especially for how many customers use this Starbucks.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte was made really great and yummy, and it helped me stay active throughout my day.The service is nice, and very considerate.The ambiance is really great to study and finish work at, with amazing music.In conclusion, Starbucks drinks are really good to keep you active throughout the day, and is a really good place to study or finish up some work.

This location needs atleast 8 employees..currently there are just 4-5 and the people who are waiting to get their coffee are around 20-30 every morning..People will be in a hurry not to wait 1 hour for their coffee and morning

Slowest Starbucks I've been to yet!They have so many employees but it's slow, I waited for my order for 10 minutes aft it was supposed to be ready

This Starbucks has the rudest person name Nalida .... I'm hard of hearing and it was loud so when I scanned my phone I asked if it went though she said in the snarkiest voice ever "it clicked it went through " I told her I didn't hear it and she just shrugged and walked away OMG I was so mortified !!!! If she's like that are they all like that??? If you don't want to be there, then leave and give someone else who would want to work a job !! No need to be a Bi%^*

The Dave Chappelle's "Popcopy" of the coffee world. Mess up your drink every time then, blame you and suggest you should go somewhere else if you don't want to take the messed up drink, then when you say that's rude and ask to speak to the manager Julie says "yo I'm the manager". Fortunately better customer service, friendliness, and environment can be found down the street at either the Starbucks at Gateway Plaza or Market Place where they don't blame the customer when they mess up your drink.

This Starbucks is worthless. Yet again order lost in the shuffle. Todays excuse - someone called off sick. Funny, seemed fully staffed just they put their worst in front of the coffee machines.

This is our favorite cafe after a long walk around the neighborhood. The beverages at this Starbucks is very good! The staff is always respectful and patient.

I'm new in the area so I've been trying out different Starbucks to see which one is really worth my time and money! I honestly thought I found the perfect Starbucks, until I watched the barista (Asian Decent) make a tall iced coffee, for a door dash order, the drink had too much ice in it and instead of grabbing a spoon or taking a lid, he stuck his thumb and index finger in this persons drink TWICE to remove the excess ice!!! AFTER 6/22/23, I'll never be back!

I'm not one to write negative reviews, but this is the only close location to me so It's where I have to go if I'm in a rush. Idk why but they always get my order wrong, I mean every single time. Literally every single time, for the last 3 years. What's odd about it is that the order is very simple, regular coffee with sweetener. Sometimes I feel like I'm being pranked or something. When I have time I say something but most of the time I'm in such a rush and they are so busy that I just don't have the time for it to be corrected.

The team behind the counter works super fast and they work very hard. Super impressed with how many coffees they churn out in a matter of seconds compared with other Starbucks I go to. And everyone seems to be constantly moving... not a break or a stop. They all deserve a raise.

*So this was my fault, I take full blame for my order not being what I wanted*I ordered an iced caramel macchiato & forgot to ask for oat milk instead. I went up as soon as I remembered, maybe two minutes later tops! I asked if there’s any way I can ask for oat milk instead unless they’re already making it (I would’ve gladly paid the upcharge if there was one). The cashier responded “yeaaaaaa they are already making it”.I sat there a good 10 minutes watching at least 4-5 drinks be called out. They definitely hadn’t started my drink.I think it was just the lack of caring or consideration. I felt bad asking, this was before 9am. I can’t have regular milk because I get flair ups in my skin, but like I said, I’m the one who forgot.I’m not going to be coming to this location anymore because of the lack of effort, she didn’t even ask. In different locations, there had been no question to make things right. Call me picky or whatever but it was pretty much a waste of $6.
