Got a wash and haircut from here. I was not happy with the service, since i paid for the Paul Mitchell spa service which includes, wash, hot towel and scalp message. I understand she did not give the hot towel since i took my teenage daughter for a haircut, but the wash/condition and scalp massage could have been done better. The cut was very simple and overall service including wash/cut was done within 15 min. The preset tip amounts were very high and even though lowest tip amount was 20% which is not what I should have paid. Not visiting this site again. Just to give some context, I have been to supercuts at pleasanton and the lady did the same type of service for ~40 min and much better experience

Thuy, at Crow Canyon Commons location, does consistently excellent work, and is just truly hardworking fun person.
