Very dry bread. Sub-par tasting sandwich compared to other options.

Love Togo’s and sadly this is by far the worst ran location in the Bay Area. Just go inside and you’ll figure out why. Oh and they don’t answer the phone for To-go orders either..

I buy this sandwich at multiple togos and it's pretty good. This time I was good at all. The bread was hard, seems stale. Disappointed with the sandwich, just isn't good at all. Bought a second one for someone else and they had the same complaint.

There was a time when only Subway and Togo's were THE sandwich shops. Subway was only marginally good (and value), and Togo's was incredible, when compared, but were dwarfed by the available locations of Subway. In SoCal, where I've lived for many years, Togo's locations have even dwindled to a smaller amount, and although Subway remains strong, many other players are in the field now: Jersey Mike's, Firehouse, Quizno's, Ike's, Jimmy John's, and even, Blimpie -- along with tons of Italian and Jewish delis. But in NoCal, Togo's remains prominent in the category. In fact, along the 35 mile route to/from work, I know of 4 locations -- and that's the ones I know about, there's likely more. Location specific: San Ramon, CA ============================ In a mini-mall (like really mini), it great need of a makeover. It's actually a HUGE place, 3x the size expected (and probably needs to be for rent). #24 TURKEY & AVOCADO [$11.50, 3.5 stars] -- fresh sliced turkey, plenty of avo, but the bread wasn't good, I guess not fresh. I wouldn't order this again. Would I go back again? Likely, but I'm not running.

Got the broccoli cheddar soup and it was spoiled. Not a good look especially since they opened about 30 minutes prior to my visit. Also, the staff wasn't very welcoming. They were busy cleaning the windows and sweeping, but you could at least say "hi" or "welcome to Togos, someone will be right with you", you know, acknowledge your customer.

Wow. I get here ten minutes before five and girl runs up to the door and locks it and laughs, then walks to the back. Been a regular here for a while, but I'll never return after that disrespect. I'm still in disbelief. Smh

I won't go here again. I specifically told them no bell peppers or onions. I had onions in my sandwich, which yes I can just pick out, but who wants to get mayo all over there hands. Also, I realized she never asked me what cheese I wanted on it. Apparently she just chose for me and put cheddar. I wanted American! When there are 5 or more sandwich places nearby you need to step it up.

Well I should have known better than to Eat here when both doors were wide open on a 100+ degree day. There were only 2 people eating in at about 12:55pm on a Saturday. I am surprised this Togo's is still open. Why would you not use the A/C on a HOT day? Not only are you hurting the Employees, you are hurting your Business. No one wants to sit down and eat when it's 90 degrees inside. That Fancy NEST thermostat is not even turned on! There is a reason why SUBWAY down the street has a line out the door... even though the Sandwiches are meh at Subway, at least they keep the temperature comfortable.

Worst service ever! Counter person would not take the whole order. Wandered off in the middle of the order. Did not wash his hands before handling the sliced pastrami. Got pissed when I ordered a different pastrami based sandwich to go with the first order. Asked questions with his back turned to us and was surly, rude and unresponsive to my questions. Will not set foot in this spot ever again

Ordered their pretsrami what a mistake ... sandwich maker was very curt and not concerned that he made a sandwich that was not edible said it comes like that pastrami is very oily. Should have at least offered another or refund but they don't care

Got to this location around 11:40am. Thought I'd beat the lunch rush... there was already a line. I was 5th in line. Seemed to be only 3 employees working, one who made sandwiches, one who rang and made sandwiches and then one who just stood there the whole time doing nothing. With the line and time I got a simple Turkey and cheese sandwich. Mayo, mustard, cheese meat and pickles and pepperoncinis. Got to my office and it was like they poured the mustard out and a drop of mayo. And only 4 small pickles on the entire sandwich. I'll go to jimmy johns next time I want a sandwich.

An amazing experience here. John went above and behind to ensure my husband and I were happy.
