It's closed even though they still show up when googled. Frustrating beyond belief. I can't run a business without a functioning branch- and I'm being polite here when I say functioning. No one worked the "teller" window - they were all at a desk. Weird.

I get most of my bank work online from depositing checks to transfers of funds etc. If I have to go into the bank, San Ramon. CA branch folks are Good courteous people. They do their best to accommodate my queries.

We walked into the bank the day after the holiday, and there was one teller, and Ashneel, the Branch Manager was answering phones. We approached him, and he was very courteous. In fact, he was as cool as the other side of the pillow! Ashneel had helped my son for the past year in personal matters. Even as he helped my son, he continued to answer the phones!

After one letter that I got months after it was sent I found out this bank has been charging me $5 per month since May and they refused to refund me the money they stole when I chose to close this supposedly "fee free" account. That was a lie. Nothing about this account was fee free.

This review is for my personal banker, Aish. I have banked with US Bank for 8 years now, and while all the bankers have been courteous and helpful, Aish has gone above and beyond every time. He is an incredibly attentive, knowledgable banker and has been there for me every time I've had questions or needed help. He is always very quick to respond, and if he doesn't know the answer right off the top, he does what it takes to research the question and then respond accurately and with resolution at the end of every correspondence. Thank you Aish, for making a customer of a large bank feel appreciated and valued!!!

A bank that closes at 5 pm and opens at 9 am in this day and age is useless to me. That is the time when most folks who have a need to bank go to work. Is this a bank only for retirees ?

Voted the most ethical bank in 2017! Heck yeah! US bank was the first (that I know of) to remove support for Dakota access pipeline! Overall, nothing but good experiences with US bank, every branch I go to, it's been easy! Whether I'm withdrawing money, depositing a check, applying for a new credit card, better understanding my points, the service is excellent and my requests are always taken care of. This branch happens to be in the area of my appointments so I will use the ATM machines and sometimes I have a teller help me when I need an exact tip amount. As mentioned earlier, the customer service is above and beyond. I would and do recommend US Bank! And if you're in San Ramon, you're lucky cause you got this branch!

Unless you just want to deposit a check or withdrawal some money DON'T use this bank for any loan programs. I applied for a home equity loan and was promised all kinds of things and a close in 3 weeks. They use different states to collect data and no one knows what the other is doing or not doing and asking for paperwork over and over again. Then I get paperwork that my application was submitted again! After 2 months with no firm answer in sight, I gave up. The same thing happened to someone else I know and after trying to find some kind of supervisor to take over, he got a yes answer 2 months later and not the amount US Bank put in a letter that they would lend. AVOID!

I worked with Lisbeth Farlow for a Home Loan Application. She did the total bait and switch; marketed low interest rates and then after credit check, appraisal, and a long, drawn out process that took over 1 month, she offered me a rate that was over 1% higher than originally quoted. I must have spoken to her 6 times over the month and each time she couldn't give me a straight answer on all the terms, conditions, and rates. Every time I spoke to her, she quoted me a different rate and it took her days to respond to my questions. It's worth noting that I have stellar credit and documentation. A very disappointing experience. She was rude and unsympathetic to the poor client experience that I endured. There are so many other great credit unions and regional banks in the area, run from US Bank in San Ramon!! Share review

This is a splendid branch! The tellers, loan agents, new account people, and other folks are personable and call me by name. When recently I had fraudulent charges on my Visa with them, not only were the charges removed within minutes of my call, but Ms. Sadat got me a new account AND suggested she change the replacement Visa to one that earned cash points. As to the $8.95 another reviewer mentioned, it's an auto-post by the computer. He will see it reversed the same day. I don't know what's up with the $4 charge; I'd investigate. It is an error. All free accounts are free accounts. Even money orders are free! I have never had any problems at all with my accounts (all of mine are free), and I've been banking with them for 25 years. ATMs are available, too, tho I am not an ATM person. Debit, too; ditto for me. The online banking site is very straight-forward and easy to use. I move funds around from one account to another; and even pay my Visa bills online. There is also an online bill pay, but I prefer to write checks. I never have to wait. In and out quickly and efficiently. (By contrast, the BofA branch in Blackhawk Plaza is not usually crowded, but there are 5 people at desks - - doing absolutely nothing! - - and only 1 active teller!) This U.S. Bank branch always has at least 3 tellers at the counter. Spoiled for choice! I could go to another nearby branch (there are 3 US Bank branches between my house and "my branch"), but this branch is wonderful and why would I? mb

This is a particularly quiet US Bank location every time I have dropped in to do a deposit on the way to work since I work in San Ramon. Staff is kind, yet mostly stay to themselves. I have never seen that place busy. I have been charged to bank with. I have been giving this organization my business since I was 16-years-old. Now I am 32. This bank opened up a credit line to me that I don't know what to do with. And since I took care of my credit score, I observed what it means to be wanted by even a bank like what it means to be wanted by colleges, grad schools, or companies according to what my dad taught me. The Livermore location is my primary location which has larger square footage and has been helpful when I needed copies of checks for court cases, etc. The tellers were very much involved in the customer service, I'd say, in helpfulness and understanding the whole picture. I guess the last things I'd say is... be kind to people who handle your money. Hahahha

The worst bank with inhuman bankers. I had a family emergency in China and I had to go there for 2 weeks. US Bank credit card took money from my US Bank checking account for auto payment even though there was not enough balance. Then the inhuman bankers refused to refund me the negative balance fee of $25. All other banks do this refund for the 1st time offender. But they refused to give me the credit even after I showed them my air tickets to China and my passport with custom stamps. The bank manger in their Lucky branch (3181 Crow Canyon Pl, San Ramon, CA 94583, to be shutdown) is the worst of the worst. Rude, inhuman, and unresponsive at all. I closed my bank accounts with US Bank. Please avoid to bank with US Bank, the worst bank, and a bunch of inhuman bankers.

First review was by an employee. Pathetic. This bank is like every bank out there. They want your money but they don't want to give you good service. How can a employee say sorry? But wouldn't do anything in their power to help you... ?!? Weak!
