I’ve never had a haircut at a Ulta before but I was shopping and decided to ask about their services that they offer at the salon and I’m so glad I did!There happened to be an opening last minute with Azizeh and I spontaneously decided to go for it. I’m so glad I did because it’s exactly what I wanted.I showed a picture for reference and it’s exactly what she did. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thanks so much, Azizeh!

Disappointing Booking ExperienceI had a hair appointment for my two kids and myself at Ulta Hair, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Initially, I called to book the appointments but received no answer, so I decided to book online on Tuesday. I received a text confirmation with all three appointments showing under "upcoming appointments."However, my excitement turned to frustration when, earlier today, I checked the schedule and only the 4:30 appointment was listed. I tried calling to clarify the situation, but there was no answer, leaving me unsure of what to expect.Arriving at the salon for the 3 pm appointment, I was consistently told that only the 4:30 appointment was registered. This isn't the first time my appointments have been messed up, and it's becoming a recurring issue.The staff member at the salon claimed to have adjusted things to accommodate us at 3:45. Although I agreed, it meant going back home and returning at the later time. The waiting game started at 3:45, and it didn't end well. We were informed that our stylist was almost done with her current client and would be with us shortly. After a 20-minute wait, I was told that the stylist decided to go on lunch break, causing our appointment to be pushed back even further to 4:30.I understand the need to take care of the stylist, but I couldn't help but wonder why I wasn't informed earlier about the delay and asked to come at 4:30 directly. Proper communication would have saved us time and frustration. We were then put with a different stylist even though we had chosen a specific one.This experience isn't a reflection of the stylist's skills, but rather the issues with the booking system and management. It's disheartening to face such repeated miscommunication and appointment mishaps. I hope the salon addresses these issues to improve their customer experience in the future.

So disappointed with the outcome of my hair, Azizeh the lady doing my hair was nice but I didn't like the outcome of my, my hair turned orange and started to fall out, a few days after. I contacted customer service and then the manager in store for refund. Then customer service still told me months later to go in store and get a refund when I went in store one manager was investigating what happened then offered an appointment in exchange since she said 3 months had passed then when she was going to do the appointment another manager said they were no longer able to because the 3 months had passed and they had tried contacting me. They did contact me once and I said I was going to let them know when for the appointment since I don't live in that area when I contacted them an employee said the salon manager was going to contact me and never did.

Azizeh is wonderful! I had a very specific cut in mind (one I had before, with no pictures). She said, "You know what you want and I know what I'm doing, so we will get it done." And we did! I'm so happy with how it turned out ❤️

The store has good variety of skincare products. However, I have noticed often skin care products get tempered. Products packaging either showing dust or shows signs of being opened by someone else. I have seen it often with skin care and hair care items. Even with expensive items such as Lancome products Zen product line kit containing toner and cream and Marie Badescue for example. Check out hair care aisle too.Store associates are nice and helpful.

The haircut was ok.The person at the front desk was very friendly and polite. Brought me some water because I had a tickle in my throat.Ann, my hairstylist was unprofessional, in a grand way! After I had found my way to her station and seated myself she took her time applying her lashes/mascara while I waited.I could have let that pass and not posted this review since this was a one time visit BUT how do you not take notice when you find out that your hairstylist is getting her own hair done by her colleague WHILE STILL CUTTING YOUR HAIR? It was comic strip material.Usually after a haircut the stylist offers the client a mirror to check all angles… nope, not Ann! She was as disinterested in my departure as she was in my arrival.PS: Ann also told me that my haircut looks good on me but wouldn’t look good on her because she’s very fair (I have olive skin)PSS: The entire time of service there was loud office politics conversation between Ann and her colleague.Even SuperCuts understands that protocol.Once again, the haircut is ok and the person at the front desk was nice.

I made high lights in my hair with Jeniffer. Before the procedure she told me that my hair was not going to break she assured me that I would be careful, but after the process my hair broke all is stained horrible when I brush I fell pieces of hair ,I'm getting desperate, this place has no professional don't trust them!

Walked in to look for some Christmas gifts, was not welcomed from the start. I asked multiple employees for help and not one of them were nice. I got nothing but attitude and when I asked for an inventory check she told me she wasn't going to "waste her time" looking for it because she "knew already that they didn't have it." Never mind that online it said one of these products were in stock. I know inventory mistakes happen but rudeness isn't necessary.

I bought an $800 blow dryer curling iron from them. The new Dyson, and with the long hair accessory‘s and tax that came to over $800. Within about two months it broke! I took it back to the store I had my receipt from online and they said I could not return it. Well that kind of sucks to buy an $800 blow dryer that you won’t return. I won’t buy anything expensive from here again, I think it’s better to go to Nordstrom where they give you better customer service. I think a Dyson blow dryer should last more than two months. I have since bought one at Nordstrom and so far it’s been working fine. I think a lot of the beauty products are over priced here. You can buy them cheaper at target. The staff is very rude, won’t help at all, and doesn’t seem to care to help find a solution.

I would give more stars, solely based on who i believe might be a manger, she is African American and has long braids- i believe glasses as well.. she is so polite and attentive . However i went in, bought some lashes, a few different styles. Noticed one box had a price on it and didn't realize when i got checked out i was charged more . I got home, checked my receipt and noticed so i gave them a ring and the women i spoke to said no problem, just bring them back and we can take a look and honor the price . So i went back the following day and check the same style i got- price was still "incorrect." Took the lashes to the front and the young lady, short blonde pixie cut was rather rude .. smirked and said they were just priced wrong . So of course, I'm going to ask for a manager .. and let me tell you, her whole demeanor was just rude . I worked retail before and so it was clear as day that she just is not meant to work retail. The lead comes over asks me to show her where i found the lashes.. states "oh yea, someone misplaced them.. that isn't the correct price.." i let her know someone else told me to "Come back... and they will honor." Nonetheless, she ended up changing the piece . But by gosh, retail has really changed .

I had a really awesome experience with Tanellya in the salon. She was so fun and personable and did a fantastic job! She got the color just right and gave me a fantastic cut! It was my first professional cut since the pandemic so I know it was a project for her. She was extremely knowledgeable with products to use during the treatment and afterwards, she was amazing! I felt bad though because it was clear they need to hire an additional person in the salon and she ended up having to juggle tasks which isn’t fair to the stylist or the clients.Also do not get their credit card it’s a total scam and doesn’t do anything they boast it will lol if you like being on hold with customer service (just to see whatever they say they’re going to do not happen) than it’s the card for you.
