my preferred UPS store. always super quick and friendly, they take ALL sorts of package drop offs (no $2 charge for USPS dropoff like other UPS stores) and i can zip in and out.

I had a great experience with UPS notary services. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Unlike other places that require unnecessary formalities, UPS made the process quick and hassle-free. I was in and out in less than five minutes with my notarized document. Highly recommend their prompt and reliable service!

I came here to drop off my Amazon returns, carrying three huge boxes and struggling to open the door. A gentleman named Justin, who works here, kindly helped me by opening the door and taking my packages. I've never experienced this level of professionalism and care at any other UPS store. The manager was also very nice and helpful. Thank you, guys!

The staff. Everyone I've ever dealt with at this location has always been professional, courteous & assisted me with a smile on their face.San Ramon locations is, by far, one of the BEST UPS store locations in the US.Sherry was an absolute jewel. She had me in/out and on my way to work in record time.

This store has one of the unfriendliest staff member and NOT environment friendly store. She unboxed my Amazon returns (I returned the items without opening the small brown boxes), and asked me to take the boxes away. As far as I know, UPS stores take flatten boxes for recycling, which I assumed they deal with a lot of recycled boxes. She insisted me to take them home because they do not take paper boxes. Very puzzled with such unfriendly and unhelpful staff.
