The staff is nice but there have been more times than enough where this store has not opened on time. It’s very inconvenient for the people who are on tight schedules.

Is there really no opportunity for a minus Stars review? If ever a place was deserving it is this business. Stay away! Two incidences within a 2-week time span are the cause of my rage review. First, I had a wine shipment diverted to the store because I was unexpectedly out of town and my wife could not be reliably at home to sign for the shipment. I paid extra money for this option, and did my research that UPS policy allows anyone with the same last name and home address on the ID to pick up a package that has been held at a store. Despite this published policy. The store refused three different times, at the direction of their manager Ben, to follow their own policy. Because I was out of town past the store holding period, the shipment was returned to the winery and I am now left with the dilemma of whether my expensive and delicate coastal pinots are still going to be good after this transport fiasco. Likely going to have to go through the process of filing a claim to recover my loss or the bigger hassle of small claims court.
My second frustrating experience was using this store's notary function. I had multiple legal documents that required a notarized signature. Unfortunately, the notary did not properly document the county in which the signature was obtained, so the law firm returned the documents to me so they could be completed properly. These are very sensitive documents that will be subject to close legal scrutiny, so it is essential that everything is done correctly. When I brought the papers back to the store, the person working there was very sweet and kind, but didn't know what to do. Understandable to me. She called Ben and this is again where things started to go downhill.
Ben told her to just write in the county name even though she wasn't the original notary, which is likely fine. I asked if they would comp me the shipment back to the lawyer since I already paid for this once, and it was their mistake that the shipment was returned. Ben had to be consulted again since the workers in the store have no authority to make basic decisions. This micromanagement might be why the original notary had left the job. Ben's response was a very generous offer of a 30% discount on the return shipment, which was so infuriating I made quite the public display of my anger as I stormed out the store and took this small bit of business to FedEx.
Ironically, the full price for the shipment at FedEx was cheaper than the 30% discount offer from UPS, so I really wonder what the hell I was doing at the UPS store to begin with. If you managed to make it through this review, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. FedEx store on Crow canyon was very efficient and helpful. No wonder they are taking away so much business from UPS.

I'm so surprised to see there's another reviewer served by a teenager girl in this store. A middle schooler dressed in UPS uniform served me today. When I agreed to pay $3+ for printing out the Amazon return label at the store, the girl swiped around my phone without asking for my permission and without telling me what she was looking for. Upon my request, she said she was looking for the wifi setting (I had it already linked, and she could simply use for free directly if she could ask first.) She only printed out one label ignoring the other two including one Hazzard attention label. Upon my inquiry, she said those are optional. I asked the only adult worker in the store if it's even legal to have a middle-schooler work in the store, she blatantly said yes. Of course, it is ILLEGAL. If you don't know, please educate yourself by googling it or ask AI. I'm just glad that the return was confirmed by Amazon. But I'll do my best to avoid this store.

Shipped several laptops all over the US back to my corporate office but this office doesn't honor services purchased online. They told my shipper they would need to pay for everything in store. Why have online services if they are not honored locally. Fedex it is.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This was my first time mailing my tax return, and I made the mistake of trusting this UPS Store to handle it. Instead of being helped by a trained employee, I was assisted by the owner’s teenage daughter—who looked around 13 years old and clearly had no business handling important documents.
She told me UPS doesn’t ship to P.O. Boxes. Fair enough. But when I asked for clarification, the owner himself assured me it would still get there because they “reroute” packages once they arrive at the destination. I didn’t know any better so I went ahead with it.
They knew I was mailing a tax return with sensitive personal information, including my Social Security number, and they still encouraged me to ship it through a method that UPS does not even support.
I paid $144 to send this package—based on their false assurance. A week later, my tracking shows it’s lost. Gone. My federal tax return, lost in the void.
To make things worse, they botched my name and address when creating the shipping label, which made it nearly impossible to get help or a refund. Why? Because the unqualified daughter handled the transaction and entered everything incorrectly.
Now I’m stuck spending weeks trying to track down my private documents and fight for a refund I may not even receive.
The staff has been very kind helping me with this issue but I have to say the owner is irresponsible, unprofessional, and completely unfit to handle anything beyond bubble wrap. Avoid at all costs—especially if what you’re mailing actually matters.
I will be sending a formal written complain to the headquarter about allowing an underage teenager to work at this store.

This store tried to charge me to drop off a pre paid package for USPS while I was already using their shipping service for something else. This was a free service in the past considering they don't pay usps to pick up from them. It's just a stop on their rounds so they grab mail intended for them. When I asked why a charge now, I was told there are new owners so they charge for this. Seems like the new owners like taking advantage and gauging people. This store is right next to my house and I now drive right past it to the next closest location to avoid these scam artists.
