I needed to receive a fax for something and Astika and Dar were very very helpful in aiding me in the process. They were efficient even with a long line. I have never used a fax machine because i’m not a dinosaur but they walked me through step by step with zero condescension which albeit faxing was not very complicated I still appreciated their help and more than anything the conversation. Thanks for a good experience.

Night & day difference - THIS is how you do customer service.
I brought the same return item here after the UPS Store on Bollinger in Gale Ranch gave me the 'not my problem' routine. The staff member here also said it couldn’t ship as-is, but instead of shutting me down, he offered a solution - an oversized shipping bag for $4. Quick, courteous, problem solved.
This is exactly the type of person you want handling your shipments: calm, helpful, and not allergic to customer service. From now on, all my UPS business goes here.

Horrible business practice here. I paid for a box for several years and then cancelled the service when I moved away from the area. A package mistakenly was returned to this address and I came to pick it up later. They wanted to charge me $10 handling fee.
All of the pricing is horrible from this privately owned UPS Store. I understand that surviving with a business in this economy is tricky these days but their prices and fees and excess things they want to charge for seem completely inappropriate.

J.D....Alan.....Dalton were experienced, friendly, and clearly comfortable as a team.
The store's energy was fun and efficient.
I was there for fingerprinting, which WAS a process, and they were patient and careful,
all through it.
I watched them serve careless customers giving inadequate addresses and they carefully steered them to a successful conclusion. They WANT that good outcome.

I had a great experience here today! I always go to this UPS for returns, but I stopped in with 4 boxes of old paper records that I needed to shred. They explained the cost, came to my car to help me bring all the stuff in, placed all the papers in the locked container for me (to be picked up by Iron Mtn) then recycled my boxes. Soooo much easier than going to Staples and I really appreciate the customer service. They made my life so much easier and made the task stress free.
