Horrible customer service and their blasting techno music like if it where a festival.they need to work on their management it's bad if there's a long line to be attended and only one person moves forward after 20 min.

Excellent service and customer service. The guys help you see what your car has, they also help you in whatever way they can. They advise you what liquid you can put in and which is best.

Last week I was helped by a handsome guy named Diego, his customer service is excellent and very attentive, he helped me change my battery pretty quickly, he deserves a raise, so he told me they only put him on one day a week, everyone should be there. the days there or one more thing seems to hit the gym hard.

Today I came into AutoZone with a total confusion of what was going on with my car and I ran into this employee By the name of George, I really want to say something really really nice because he really went above and beyond for me coming into AutoZone as a Female. You really don’t know what you’re doing. And he really took his time and help me and help me to understand what was going on. I really appreciate the time he took in helping me. I gave him a 1010. I totally recommend good job George and most important thank you for your hard work

Popped into AutoZone in San Ysidro to get my battery checked out and Jorge was the first worker that I saw. He checked my battery, (which was no good so I had to buy a new one) and he helped me replace it.
He was nice and helpful. I was in and out within minutes. Thanks again Jorge!?
