Big sign outside saying no commission on the exchange. Inside there is a tiny sign saying they have a service charge. Don’t come here

You would have to be drunk or high to even recognize a total scam when trading money at these locations. Very false advertisement and you lose more money here than even exchange over the boarder. Best to always care emergency currency for a future visit or in need of emergency. Do not trust
