They sold me a display phone full price that specifically has stickers on it that they can not resell, the screen had issues and battery was defective , after that I checked my account and it said I had bought a completely different phone.
They had me waiting 2 hrs to get it activate it , i suposse they took that long because they were trying to get around the troubles of unlocking a DISPLAY PHONE. Not trustworthy people working there.

Scam artist, Went in to pay phone bill and they told me T Mobil sold my phone number to some one els and tried to sell me a new plan and sell me another phone for 130, went to another t Mobil and payed my bill,
Don’t go to This store. Horrible business

Best customer service in the US border area..
Alex is the man I walked by seeing the stand of t mobile merchandise and he gave me everything that was on table plus killer deal on tablet. Could not ask for better customer service or deal.. thank you Alex I will be back
