After almost a year trying get the government discount added to my plan Cynthia Perez & the store in San ysidro are the only crew who got it all straight.I'm going to no other store for my mobile needs.

Dude waited a whole hour with a used phone replacement for a new phone that had a manufacturer error and didn't mention they won't do transfers passed 7, AT&T don't sound so bad

They will lock your phone, refuse to unlock it , then point fingers. I've tried contacting corporate or someone above the manager numerous times. The manager will say it's not them and point fingers without even actually trying to help or look into the situation. They refuse to give contact info of their superiors. It's been 2 YEARS and they still refuse to help. It's A HEADACHE. Don't even bother trying to connect your device here. The prices are not worth the THEFT.

Go to THIS office! Its the corporate office. It handles your phone concerns better than the "authorized dealer"!! Returns and exchanges are "honored" here! The workers are very knowledgeable.

I commuted all the way there and forgot my credit card had to go home to get it and come back so I asked the young lady what time do they close because I'm going to need to go all the way home and come all the way back she tells me 8 o clock I arrive at 7:15 the doors are locked the gate is not pulled and the lights are on I knock on the door for about 25 minutes I stay outside cuz I know they need to close the gate I'm just trying to pay my bill she told me they closed early and she was not able to take my money not good now it's almost 8 and too late to travel to the next Metro PCS

Poor customer service! The guy who I was talking, keep asking me how much money I was planning to spend, when I told him to show me the phones, he keep asking with a attitude that how much I have with me to spend. And when I told him to wait and give me minute he just told his coworker to take care of me that I probably was going to buy a cheap phone. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

"Seeing is believing"?, It's comforting to know that a Weight can be lifted with the simplest efforts of communication, an environment & retail astablishment with a (GREAT) selection of phones, accessories, demos, presentation & of course (Customer Service), tech-assist & store director "Sergio" is a Superb example of this corporate location's outlook & and a living representation of what customer service should "ALWAYS" strive for when providing both the practical & the emotional needs of the customer, For (ALL) local SD and residential consumers alike, If you are in need of one of the most outstanding customer service & retail experiences, (The MetroPCS Corporate Store) located at 644 East. San Ysidro, CA. Should be the "ONLY" stop everyone should need."?????

(1744 EUCLID AVE STORE) Marrisa And IVAN ARE THE WORST customer reps I've ever dealt with (MARRISA LIED TO MY FACE) and IVAN only made the situation worse i found out the hard way,if you buy a NEW phone from them and it doesn't work. they won't even let you return it (THE VERY NEXT DAY) AND I STILL HAD THE RECEIPT AND THE BOX AND EVERYTHING THAT CAME WITH THE PHONE. their policy is so crooked that they will only let you do a warranty exchange FOR THE SAME KIND OF PHONE but a REFURBISHED phone even though you paid for a brand new phone. AND Then they will charge you a warranty fee even though they're the ones who sold you a broke phone so you're stuck with the same kind of phone but you won't even get a new one in return you'll get a refurbished one and only after paying the warranty fee(And Marrisa said it was metros policy and theirs nothing she can do about it...that was Marrisas 1st LIE). And when I call Metro's customer service line and spoke to a representative they advised me to handle the matter with that stores MDM which is their market development manager, and said call the store on Euclid back to get his or her number Marissa answered the phone and said she'd give me the number but couldn't find the card so she said she'd call me back in 5 minutes with the number THAT WAS LIE #2.. SOOO 3 hours later I called her back then she told me that( Ivan HER boss)told her not to give me their mdm's number. So I asked her what kind of employees Shields their managers from unhappy customers but she wasn't trying to hear any of that and was very rude to me . And the rest is a long story but buyer beware when dealing with the Metro on Euclid and I'll be changing cell phone carriers because of this whole situation and won't recommend them to anyone. But will advise friends and family to stay away from Metro.

The only MetroPCS corporate store in San Diego County. Service is A-1 and they make buying a phone a breeze (assuming that you have all your info that's required). The prices on the phones here are the same as you would find on their website, many times when you go to an authorized retailer, the prices are typically higher and they might not honor the prices or promotions you find online. Parking is a always easy, both times I've gone on a Saturday I've been able to park in front of the store.

Had a very poor experience when attempting to retrieve a number previously used for business. Father had stroke and let number lapse we are a small mechanical contractor and our number is on every invoice, on uniforms business cards and trucks. Eva from corporate store told me she was "a lead and answers to nobody" and i should contact tech support after three weeks in circles very disappointed with service. Fingers crossed they can give our number back. Too bad zero stars is not an option. :(
