My family had a really bad experience this season. They lost some Christmas gifts and the service was terrible. We understand that it is high season and with a heavy workload, but it is no excuse for the ladies of this center to provide bad faith service to their clients. I ask you to pay more attention to your customer service because it is very terrible. We have a lot of time with them and this season we did not receive good treatment. ?♀️?♀️?♀️

Super bad customer service, I ordered something from a friend's email box and they didn't want to give it to me just because the package was in my name or because I sent them tracking number and everything that was needed and I wanted to mark because I can't go and no one else answers you ??

The packages arrive at a certain time early and you arrive 1:30 later and they tell you that they are not ready yet, that is the only bad thing and if it is by USPS they take a full day to deliver it to you

It's expensive, but it's really close to the border, hours are not great but at least they open Sundays. Service is good.

-they NEVER answer the phone -horrible schedule -horrible customer service -open late, take too long with the packages and are extra with prices -keep changing schedules to close earlier, which by the way it's illegal to do so with no legal reason since we're signing a contract with them. Just go to a different PO box. There's one called intercam, really close by, they open at 6am and close at 9pm every day, different po box size and prices. $1 dollar per package no matter the size or weight. Better customer service!

Even though they recently changed their schedule on weekends, (9.00 am to 3.00 pm), it is the second time I stop by 2.40-2.45 pm and the facility is already closed. They should clarify their schedule or this means the customer service skills they have are very poor.

Terrible service. No answer on the phone including during pandemic when packages were stuck and unable to renew service. Even now, no answer, lost packages, no way to contact them. Go somewhere else.
