I would like to thank David the Sale Rep of At&t of Seaside branch for an awesome job for helping and assisting me especially for assisting my daughter Angeline transfer her phone nos to this company and upgrading her iPhone 11 to iPhone 16 pro max.... Very professional and knowledgeable at his job ....Now we found At&t with regards to our wireless needs as our home... thanks, After this post. MARCH 13, I came back to At&t store coz David the same sales rep of the seaside store that help us coz I have problems of my Samsung Zfold for wireless connectivity wifi and Bluetooth... we did all the necessary things to fix it and I think is a hardware problem and David helped us with the insurance claim and he told me to come back on the day he was working cowhen the new phone arrives which is today ... I am on my way.... thank u David again for this assistance...

I called twice today and was immediately transferred to the customer service while I was still talking without even being told that they would. It was a simple question and he sounded very young and obviously inexperienced and unprofessional. AT and T please train your people before they answer the phone because customers will have questions. Giving it one star as it won’t let me rate it ZERO.

Today I came in to AT&T -- Sand City for technical help with my Samsung Galaxy S22 cell phone. Juan helped me within 4 minutes of my arrival. Juan solved my problem right away. He is a good teacher, very professional. Juan is excellent with customer service and represents AT&T professionally. I value his patience and friendliness.

This place should have a do not enter sign at the door. They are the most incompetent people I've ever met in the industry, it's all starts with the manager he is the most disconnected person I've ever seen at a job, first off he's a waste of space I feel sorry for anyone working for or trying to learn anything from this guy. I came in with a simple request about my phone it was dropping calls and not holding its network. The moment I walked in the junior associate was trying to be helpful, and the manager was sitting there on his phone not being helpful at all,, he had a look on his face like he he would rather be anywhere than at work, and After they tried to reboot my phone, they told me a sims card would fix the problem but also stated it would take 10 minutes for the safe to open up, so they tried an procedure to get a code to reset it. I went to my car and when I came back, this had not happened and there was a phone call waiting for me to answer some questions in relations to my account. The questions were very irrelevant and it ended with them telling me they couldn't not help me. I said to the manager what do I now my phone is worse now than when I brought it in I tried to ask to the manager to at least return it to the original state He said he couldn't, I stated why you guys are the one that turned it off. He just looked at me with a smug expression on his face, and said it wasn't his problem, so I'm just telling everyone this store is a waste of space and that manager needs to go. Definitely calling corporate today.

I visited the store for cancellation of ATT internet which I installed by mistake. I met Jesse, he answered my question very nicely and honestly. So I decided to switch to ATT from my old internet & TV provider. Then he and Hanalissa help me finished all the work! Thank you so much!

I went to the Sand City Att store this evening to purchase a phone protector. Hannahlisa Lopez, the store manager, was so helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be back for all my phone needs.

My dad needed to get a new phone. Immediately we were greeted by Jesse. He was very helpful and was able to help my dad with no hiccups. Wish I was able to give him 10 stars. If you need help with your phone go to the AT&T store in sand city and ask for Jesse.

This review is for the AT&T store (not sure why the Yell title says Starbucks except it's next to Starbucks). Bennett did awesome for helping me get a new device connected to our plan and pointed out we were eligible for some upgrades and good trade in offers. The surprisingly pleasant part is he got through 3 other customers super efficiently before me: unfailingly polite to an older man who was thinking of switching into ATT, another man who was paying a bill, a mom getting her son's plan changed, and myself.
