“Amazing staff and service, customer service over the phone suck, but reps in store are very friendly and willing to help, unless it something they honestly can't help with and that is totally understandable! It's sad whenever I come to the store I see how customer disrespect and blame these poor employees for not being able to afford their own bills. Don't take your anger out on them, you knew what you were signing up for. If you don't like the price, go somewhere else and be happy.”
