This target was large and offered a large selection. Service was ok but not necessarily needed. None of the products were locked behind cabinets like other targets I have been to. I found typical target sales and love the seasonal selection for kids. I got a variety of travel items at a great value.

PART 1: This by far the worst target in all 50 states of America!!! The customer service is horrible and disgusting to say the least. First and foremost I would like to thank ASHLEY for trespassing me and my husband for absolutely no reason. She stated she is the manager at this store? Before I share my experience I would like to mention that I strongly believe that a “Manager” should be able to intake customers feedback without having to trespass someone. Also if manager can not take or handle feedback then they should receive proper training or they should not manage period!!!!!!!!! Well let me tell all of you that ASHLEY was highly offended by my husband when asked her why he was being skipped in line as she attended (her friend) before she did us. My husband proceeded to ask why did you skip me, she then replied “ he (her friend) was here first when clearly me and my husband were waiting at the customer service line for at least 5 minutes and that man was never standing there!!!! My husband asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, she then replied “ I am the manager”. My husband replied “if your the manager then you should know better!” I 100% agree!!!!!!! My husband then told her “if you didn’t think I was going to say anything to you well I am” She the. Proceeded to help us and we left the store. The next day me and my husband went back to the store and as we were walking in we were approached by CLAY which is a “security” that’s stands near the front door. He literally ran after us like if we were committing a crime. He then told my husband that he had to leave the store because he was trespassed and he could not shop there. I noticed another individual standing next to CLAY who identified himself as ALEX.Not to mention he was standing there like if he was about to do something to my husband. Like where did he get his training at? As my husband was asking why he was being trespassed I noticed all the other customers who were checking out at self checkout were staring at us which was very humiliating by the way. I asked ALEX if we can please step to the side and talk about it instead of causing a big scene. ( As a target employee I would think they would like all customers to have a great experience while shopping, but instead CLAY and ALEX rather decided to cause a scene and make this a CORE memory for every customer who was at the self checkout on 02/05/24) We then stepped to the side next to the restrooms only because I WAS THE ONE WHO ASKED TO DO THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE. ALEX tried to say that my husband was being trespassed because of the incident that we had encountered with ASHLEY. I asked ALEX if there was a manager or a supervisor that we can speak with which he replied NO!!!!!!!!!! He made it clear to us that he was a security and the manager was not available. It was very obvious at this point that clearly they didn’t care about anything we had to say in regards of what was said to Ashley. ALEX the. Proceeded to say that there were witnesses that heard my husband talking to ASHLEY including her (friend) who had heard the conversation that took place and that was the reason my husband was being trespassed. I then told ALEX that I my self was a witness and had not said one word to ASHLEY which he replied “I know, and that’s why your not being trespassed? I then asked him why my point of view didn’t matter, he replied “their is nothing we can do for you” which is wild!!!!!! ALEX also said he had reviewed the cameras “which had no audio” I know this because I asked! So based on my husbands behavior towards ASHLEY my husband could not shop there. I then asked for written statements from the witnesses that he was claiming they had. Then he proceeded to say absolutely NOTHING.

PART 2: (SEE PART 1 of the story on Google) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also asked to view the surveillance video because I know for a fact my husband never raised his voice nor said anything that was not true to ASHLEY. ALEX proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to view the surveillance video I had to call the cops and make a police report which I find absolutely ridiculous because he must think we're scared of the police? Anyways we proceeded to leave the store because it was clear that they were not going to hear our side of the story. I decided to call corporate right after that encounter. Which I will say corporate absolutely understating and compassionate with both me and my husband! Corporate made sure we had a way to contact them back for any additional information we needed to give them and let us know they will reach out to us once they investigate the situation. After I spoke with corporate. I called the seaside target to maybe get a chance to speak with a professional manager. WRONG!!!! CATHLEEN answered the phone which then transferred me over to RYAN which was a supervisor, I told her about the incident she then proceeded to tell me that she was going to transfer me over to head security JORDAN. Well let me tell you that he took things to a different level!!!! I spoke with him about the incident. He then proceeded to tell me LIES about the whole incident say that there were other workers who had witnessed the incident and heard my husband cursing which is absolutely not true!!!!!! He then said that he also reviewed the footage and saw the same behavior that ALEX saw. I also expressed hope I felt about that way were were approached that day. He then LIED again and said that ALEX did take us to the side from the beginning. Which is 100% not true because I specifically asked ALEX to go the side instead of causing a scene. He then lied again and said that when my husband was exiting the store he threw up a sign!!!!!!!! Like where do the lies end? I have never experienced the amount of frustration that I experienced with these employees. They LIE for a living to have their way and trespass people.!!!! I did call JORDAN a liar over the phone which he the said "I don't have time to go back and forward with you today" he obviously didn't care about our experience . I then asked him if I was also being trespassed and he replied yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He then asked me for my information (Name and call back number) which I denied to give by saying No thank you! So I decided to hang up on him because of the amount of lies that were being said about my husband.hanging up on him. I was appalled when JORDAN called me back to my personal cell phone number 2 minutes after I hung up on him. Only for him to ask "Hi is this Melisa" he then said I just wanted to make sure our call did not get disconnected and laughed about it when clearly he knows I hung up on him. then asked him if he was trying to harass me by calling me back and letting me know he basically had my information (Name and phone number which I did not give to him) like why even ask for it in the first place? I then proceeded to tell JORDAN I hung up because he said he didn't not hav me time to go back and forward with me and he just hung up on me to call corporate again and tell them about JORDAN calling my personal phone number only to hang up on me. Corporate then filed another report from me. To top it off I records the WHOLE conversation I had since calling the store directly. I have CATHLEEN, RYAN, and JORDAN RECORDED. I would love for corporate to reach out to me so I can turn over all the evidence I have on this horrific experience I had. Not to mention I even had to change my phone number because of the harassment. I have screen shots recordings and my phone company has also documented the reason I had to change my phone number and has since flagged the seaside target phone number because of that!!! I will definitely be taking additional steps to make sure this situation is handled properly and not just read in review that has

I went to this target one evening not to long ago before they closed and was trying some clothes on in the fitting room, I realized that I had left my phone in my shopping cart right outside my fitting room. So I rushed, and ran to my cart Hoping I was wrong and just misplaced it; I searched urgently with no luck and finally asked the fitting room clerk who was standing right there watching me freak out if she had seen anyone take my phone. She replied no and my heart dropped with a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach (A month prior to this happening someone had stolen my iPhone 11, so I went out and bought myself a new iPhone 14. I only had it for maybe a week and then this happened to me again!) At this point I'm freaking out frantically searching through all my belongings and dumping out my whole purse as I'm sure some of women out there know what I'm talking about! couldn't find it anywhere so I decide to go to the customer service desk where I asked the lady at the desk if I could use there phone to call my phone, just to see if maybe I would be able to hear it ringing. I though maybe I left it down an isle or something. I really didn't want to believe that someone would just take it out of my cart. The lady at the desk said she couldn't let me use the phone, I looked at the security guard next to her and proceeded to ask him if I could use the phone to call my phone..Luckily I had my tablet with me so I went on "find my device" through Apple and it said it was still in the store. After literally no one would let me use there phone a different lady said ya that they could use the front desk phone to call my phone. So they Called it a few times..it wasn't any surprise that the situation could get any worse but it did and my phone either died or was turned off by someone because it just went straight to voicemail. Anyways I frantically was trying to find it but they were trying to close and wanted me to leave. you could tell no one really wanted to help me and they just wanted to go home..I did one last very fast sweep to the fitting room and back as security escorted me and kept repeating that I needed to leave. Crying and very distraught I grabbed all my stuff and left. 5 minutes later I realized that I had rode my bike there that night and I had left it parked inside the store to charge. I quickly ran back to the door and didn't see anyone but I started knocking on the glass door praying that someone was still in there and could hear me. A couple workers walked by and saw me and kept walking and a few more...pretty soon like 10 minutes later there was honestly close to 10 or 15 workers standing like 15-20ft away from the door in a group smiling and laughing some pointing..you could tell they were making jokes at the situation. I was trying to tell them through the door that I had left my bike inside and if I could grab it I could be on my way but they just sat there acting like they couldn't hear anything and definitely weren't trying to do anything about it. I was appalled and mortified honestly. It was seriously VERY embarrassing...I didn't understand how people who were clocked in and getting payed for their shifts as CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES could stand there and actually treat a customer or honestly even a human being like that...I couldn't even treat an animal the way I was treated. Heartless and cruel. I think that all of those people should have gotten fired for their actions that night, including the security guard who eventually ended up coming closer to the door to act like he was trying to hear or understand what I was trying to say but then shook his head no like he couldn't give me my bike back and that he couldn't help me. For a few minutes I actually truly thought that they were not going to give me my bike back which sadly is my only form of transportation at the moment but that's another story for a different time. it is a pretty nice store and the employees are pretty nice too. I would recommend this place but sometimes you can get lost in target since it's so big. But other than that maybe you should try going there someday.

It's always a few degrees too hot in this Target. It's really the only thing that keeps me from going to it when I have to choose whether I got to Walmart or not. I like what Target has versus Walmart, but if it's a hit day and I am already feeling it, I will go to Walmart instead just because it's too hot in this Target. Besides that, I love Target. More than Walmart. But you guys need to turn up the A/C a little bit ?

Definitely not my favorite store. The website says a product is in stock but an empty peg or shelf when I get there. The frozen pizza was not the price the sign said. Now the pharmacy closes at 6:30 instead of 8. I prefer the one in marina. Always clean and well stocked.
