We arrived right when the store opened to upgrade one of the phones on our account. Ryan was able to navigate the process and explain everything in detail in less than 1 hour. The customer service at this location has continually exceeded my expectations.

Don't usually do cell phone store reviews, but the associate I talked to here was outstanding and knowledgeable.
I was previously on the phone with literally 6 different Verizon representatives on the phone for a total of 2 hours trying to fix an issue and just got scripted replies without any resolution or humanity.
Went to this store and got my issue resolved in 5 minutes. So big thanks to the team here keep doing what you're doing.

The Verizon representative named Ryan was excellent! he was very knowledgeable proficient, and very personable when he helped my mom get back online when she was having network issues with her phone. wonderful customer service, and highly recommend!Thanks!

Ryan is amazing, went in to trade my phone in and took me through all my options and was super patient when i needed to make a call to fix something. also was super knowledgeable and super friendly. he was patient when i needed to go change my baby’s diaper and come back. made sure we were aware of any deals or promotions and had the most knowledge to make the best decision abt the new phone that i wanted. make sure you ask for ryan when you go into this store!

Alfonso helped me upgrade my personal phone & upgrade my home internet. He was courteous, very thorough & helpful. Also the space is clean & sanitized which I appreciate! Would highly recommend Sand City Verizon too all my friends & family cellular needs!

The customer service reps in this location couldn’t be bothered with even greeting you. Not one hello. It was as if I were invisible. Other customers walked in after me and no one said hi to them, either. When they left, I took this as my cue to also leave. What happened to greeting customers? Will not be visiting tho store again.

This location compared to Watsonville AND Capitola are like night and DAY! I had such a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Tim immediately and he was so helpful! I needed to figure out how to connect my phone and watch to work simultaneously, Tim was more than happy to help. Jonathan then explained to me about the internet bundle promotion that seemed too good to be true but it wasn’t! I signed up for a mobile internet box and am looking so forward to dumping Xfinity. Kate was so helpful with my cell phone accessories and found me everything I needed.
Overall, I didn’t have to wait even a minute to be helped. I was greeted the moment I walked in and was able to get all of my problems solved in less than an hour. I guess I will be driving all the way there from Santa Cruz to get my cell phone service handled! Thank you all again for your help!

Terrible I worked here they are terrible . They refused service to a homeless person and the employees even hate the company. I don't like this store at all. They are terrible. Fast turn over rate.
