This review was originally written on Google Maps on 3/8/24. On 03/09/23, I purchased two new cell phones for both of my daughters on my current account. They have always been on my account. The salesperson that attended us was Luz. My oldest was also trading in her old iPhone 8 Max as AT&T was currently running promotions. My middle daughter was provided with the cell phone with the following promotional offer: buy an eligible Smartphone for $10/mo when you activate a New line, or Upgrade an existing line, total bill credit: $369.99 ($10.28 credit for 36 months). My oldest traded in. her iPhone 8 Max for the following promotion offer: PROMO of trade in for credit of $9.73 per month for 36 months The salesperson Luz also advised both my daughters to change their phone numbers due to all of the Spam and Telemarketer phone calls that they were receiving. Based on this my two daughters agreed to have their phone numbers changed to a new number. We all left the store thinking everything was set. As time went on I noticed something odd. The credit for each device was received for only two periods: 02/20/23-03/19/23, and 03/20/23-04/19/23; after that, the credits stopped. I went to the local AT&T store here in Sanger CA several times to resolve the issue; the representative Luz didn't have an exact explanation as to why the credit stopped. It was not until after various visits to the store and phone conversations with the actual AT&T customer service number that I was advised that the promotions were voided because the two phone numbers (lines) that my two daughters had were cancelled. Again, this was on Luz's recommendation. On more than one occasion on my visits to the store I requested that the Regional Manager by the name of Charlee call me to discuss this issue to see how it could be fixed as it was Luz that created this problem for me in the first place. Luz had stopped assisting me and told me that I am the one that needed to call AT&T. The store manager by the name of Vanessa did nothing at all whatsoever to try and assist. She just went on to lunch without ever lifting a finger to help me or my daughters. As of the writing of this review (3/8/24), Luz, her store manager Vanessa have done nothing to assist me. Charlee has not called me back since my having requested multiple times that he contact me. I am still waiting......Not only did we lose out on the promos, but my oldest is also without her trade in. In my opinion, this is the worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. It feels like I am in a third world country with no solution. I do not recommend that anyone shop at this AT&T store located. In Sanger. Keep away. P.S. I have been a customer since they were Cingular Wireless since 1995. That is a total of 29 years. Never........... I mean never have I been subjected to this kind of customer service at the Sanger Ca location. They are the worst.

On January 11, 2024, my husband and i went in to get help for our 2 new phones. Horrible service! The 2 girls, would hardly get off their own phones to help us. Argued with us, insisted we HAD to call AT&T for assistance. So we drove home (we live over an hour away in the mountains) called 611, and they COULDN'T HELP US. They told us, it was an in store fix. I almost canceled everything and changed to Verizon. So went to the Clovis store at 175 West Shaw, #101, the next day January 12.. Jesse there was more than happy to help us. He did a wonderful job. In fact when we went into the store neither men were on their phones, unlike the Sanger store, whose 2 girls were annoyed we even bothered them.Thank you

my phone was malfunctioning and I went into the store. They were a little busy, but Imelda came out from the back to help me. She was very helpful very informative. We couldn’t really do anything with my phone. I wanted to upgrade anyway so I did upgrade it was a wonderful choice. Great customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience going in to the sanger ca location

I'm sorry to say. I am not a fan of this business. I went in girl behind desk was on her phone barley looked up at me. As I started to explain my situation. She said oh I don't know about that. Asked another question she didn't know about that either. But not once did she get off her phone. Bad Customer service. Sad that I have to go all the way clovis to get help. I like to support my towns business. But when service is not great I won't support.

Very bad experience. Got home and my service wasn't set up correctly so I was without a phone for a whole day. When I went to return my phone, they seemed upset and didn't want to help. Costco kiosk ended up helping and giving me better service.

If you are looking for fast service and no waiting time, then you need to go to the Sanger store. Staff are also very friendly and helpful!!

Vanessa is the epitome of excellent customer service!! For various reasons we have been in to see her several times this year and she has gone above and beyond our expectations. I will always think of her and her staff first to fulfill all of my mobile phone needs!! ?

Vanessa, the store Manger went over and beyond for us she was able to activate new service for my girlfriend yesterday on a business account I was never offered that when I activated service with AT&T which I also have a small business too. Great service thank you Vanessa.

Walked in because my old phone broke , turns out they had a deal going on ! Which was great because Luz told me right away ! Super friendly and fast service ! Definitely recommend coming here if you have questions or are looking for a new phone !
