“I didn't even need a battery just charge mine overnight. I had put an alternator a year ago and never recharged my battery. Now days the alternator only maintains the charge, so apparently I was driving on low battery charge for a year. Interstate charged it all night and gave me a loaner battery totally free of charge. You know where I'm buying my next battery, thank you Interstate. Nowadays this is unheard-of.”

“By appointment, I attempted to pick up before my appointment time but my load was not ready. I was allowed to stay on property in the meantime. Check in with shipping and check if your load is ready or not. There is there is parking on street if you run out of hours. Nice and polite personnel at check in.”
