The two gentlemen at this store royally messed up our monthly bill and are refusing to fix it. I’ve tried for 4 days now, calling everyday trying to get ahold of Johnathan or Christopher and they refuse to call me back & are demanding that I come into the store in order to fix the problem. I was promised a $180 bill and now my bill this month is $240. I called a different store & the manager was able to help me and she told me the Sanger stored really messed me up & I’ve been paying for a device that Christopher told me he was going to cancel, but then he never did. Evidently the stores don’t even have the ability to cancel device lines. I will never do business with the Sanger Verizon store again & strongly suggest you don’t either.

I went to this location to have a number put back on my phone, and the associate factory restored my phone, wiping out all of my data.
He told me to go to Best Buy to have it restored, and then said nothing else. No apology, no bringing in another associate to help, nothing.
I went to my car to look up Best Buys in the area. When I went back into the store a few minutes later, he was laughing with the other associates. It was like they had already forgotten, and were waiting for me to go away.
This was weeks ago, and I still haven't recovered all of my data.
I have been with Verizon for years, since the S9 was new. I have never had this casual, couldn't-care-less attitude before.
Do not go to this store. They don't care.

I went in for an upgrade and the Verizon associate named Gage not only add things on to my account O already had but double charged me for the Disney + bundle that already came with my plan. I would advise everyone to go to a Cooperate Verizon store and none of these secondary retailers. The store is awful and I had to call customer service to settle my dispute.

Bad with names, but the super small girl with the curly hair who's name started with an A, was extremely helpful with assisting me finding the accessories I needed to keep my phone safe since I tend to be a bit clumsy. She should be a manager or something...

I want to thank Arthur for his time & help trying to fix my phone issue which I'm sure is a Verizon glitch. I haven't gotten the cellular data problem handled on my phone yet but it's not bc u didn't try. Multi-tasking myself & other customers even though u hadn't even had lunch, having to deal with unappreciative & rude customers all with a smile on ur face& Verizon service rep being unhelpful& hanging up on u in the middle of a phone problem bc it was Fri nite& u still probed around trying to help me so I could use my phone till closing time. If everyone gave 100+% like u did, the retail world would be a perfect place & consumers would be satisfied with ur companies, staff & products. Everyone needs an employee like u! Ur time& effort will not be forgotten!
