I tried to pay for gas at the pump transaction was canceled was asked to go see cashier and card declined checked my banking app and they drained my account when I didn't even get to pump gas called the number they gave me explained what happened and they didn't do nothing but hang up on me

1 csr working at 3am thought it was smart to take a 30 minute lunch and close up an always open (24 hours) gas station smh poor customer service and don't give me that only 1 person is working bs because if you have 1 lonely worker working a 16 pump gas station at 3am then maybe you should hire more employees

It's usually busy so I try and avoid the times people are dropping kids off to a hool and when school get out the parking lot and gas pumps are always full around those times.
