At this business, the workers are all very friendly. They quickly attend your needs. I can take my packages, make copies, or get a document notarized. I appreciate their service and their respectful manners. There is always a smile in their faces when you greet them. My family, friends, and myself will continue to be a customer of SAM'S MAIL CALL.

The hubby & I went to get my certificate printed & before we left the nice lady caught what was cut off the bottom of my cards & between the both ladies fixed it fast! Then she said if I wanted to laminate it.. well yes! Didn't know they did that! Looks professional! We've been here many times before & the service has always been great! I'm glad they are here in our small town!

The lady asked me what I was sending. I Told her I was sending Certified mail. Waited in line for 20 minutes, just to be told they ran out of slips for Certified mail and I need to go to the post office.

First and last time I do service there. Sent a package out, it got lost (FedEx confirmed with me). Seems like the old lady Colleen, didn't like that I ask for a refund. They always say they're going to call back, but don't. 2 months later still no money back.

Everytime I go in to collect mail, they pull it out without asking me which box I have, and they are always friendly!

I tried coming to this location out since it was the closest to me but every time I go in they always help other costumers before me. I have no problem waiting in line for my turn but when it is they don’t help me until what I’m guessing their regular costumers have been helped. They seem nice to their regular customers but irritated by new ones. I would recommend getting more help so all the people coming in don’t have to be pushed to the end of the line after getting to the front.

Very helpful in providing advice for best way to mail your packages. Despite being a bit busy, Colleen took the time to help me understand UPS and US mail services and even gave me some technical advice for future packages and printed out a mail tag for me. Excellent service and total respect for customers. Great for Sanger!

I drop packages off to be shipped from here multiple times a week. They are vey friendly people. I never have any problems with my packages. Also a good place to go if you need something faxed.
