Worst labcorp I've been to. I would give 0 stars if I could. The waiting times are horrible due to understaffing. Only 1 person is working there, who is very nice, but it isnt fair. She is checking people in AND drawing the labs. Walk in waiting times are 1.5-2hrs. Appointment is recommended.

I like coming to this location. The sign-in process is simple, receptionist (phlebotomist) is helpful and very kind (makes you feel comfortable), she is also awesome at doing her job (a lot of people don't know how to properly draw blood, she has no issues). This is my second time coming to this location and I've always left pleased.

This location is too small for the amount of patients they see, understaffed and wait times are long. Currently sitting the lobby trying to hold my pee in ?, would not recommend this location.

Terrible place to do your labs. Very unprofessional, don't answer or return call. Set up appointments and they are closed. I had to drive my 81 year old dad to get some very need analysis and every time I go they are closed.

Not surprised with the reviews, place is ridiculous was scheduled an appointment get here today after fasting all day location is closed tried calling surrounding locations can’t get through. What an inconvenience really hope you guys get shut down! So unprofessional how hard is it to call appointments and let them know there’s been a change?!

I always prefer to go to the Lab Corp is Sanger. The tech (Mary) is so friendly and I like how she always remembers who I am. She is very gentle when drawing my blood. Thank you Lab Corp, for hiring such friendly professionals.

Been to this location many times. Had my blood drawn by different phlebotomists, but Mary is my favorite! I've always been a hard draw, but Mary seems to always get it on the first try, and for that, I will continue to use this lab for future blood work.

Called before hand to verify their hours of operations. When I first came within the hours, I was not welcomed by the receptionist. The front receptionist said "did you have a question", I had asked if they had any availability for drug screenings the day of, she told me "I don't know I'm going to break in like 5 minutes" I then asked if I would be able to call later to see if they had any openings the same day and she stated "I'm going to be off at 12 so I don't know". Receptionist seemed like she didn't know anything. I asked if I could just book an appointment and she stated that I could go to the website and do it myself. I went on the website to book an appointment the same day, once I went to the office for my appointment, they had a sign on the door stating "Closed For The Rest of the Day"... Needless to say, a bad experience.

Service was quick with an appointment which is so great as not everywhere is like that. Mary was quick and painless with the needles which I hate so that’s a huge plus. It didn’t even leave a small mark. Would definitely go back if needed.

The receptionist Samantha seemed like she didn’t know much about anything that was going on there. Her favorite words are “give me a minute” to each patient while she sat there on her phone. Not a great first impression.

I called today in the morning no answer, I went in today,10/06/23 at 1:35pm for my drug screen only to see a paper on door saying temporarily closed, every time I come it’s such a waste of my time, terrible place. I only came again because I didn’t get my results last time I came too! I feel bad for all the other clients that came literally a whole line of us who came only to be met with a paper sign, it didn’t say closed online eitherrrr, I’m so irritated!

Deserves 0 stars. Made an appointment, and they were closed. No notification that they weren’t going to be open. Left work early and waisted gas for nothing.
