“Can be a bit of a wait at times but its definitely worth it. Most places have a very difficult time finding a vein and I end up as a pincushion. 8 pokes once at Clovis Community ER (even used an ultrasound machine) and they still couldn't find anything viable. More than a bit tramatic, to be honest. The tech here has amazed me with her superior skills. With her awesome Jedi ways, never even feel a thing. She gets it right the first time.”
“Fast friendly service with easy online check in or a touch screen check in in the lobby. I never wait longer than 5 minutes even on busy days. Never had a problem getting blood drawn always done on first try. Definitely recommend here for all your lab needs.”

“The young lady who attended to my 5 year old daughter on 1-24-24 was so nice to my child. My daughter was really scared and she had a great way of handling it. As well I didn't have all the information I needed for the appointment and she was great at telling me what I can do and supper patient so every thing got done and I was not rushed thank you! It was awsome! Even though I was there so my 5 year old can get blood drawn and I walked in stressed because I left my purse at home with all our information that we needed there was alot of laughing! Plus the place is clean, easy check in and for her being the only one there and a few others waiting the time spent waiting was very short!”
“They were running a little late but only about 10 minutes. Evidently a lot of stand-by patients came in earlier, so that’s to be expected. Everything went exceptionally well except it was freezing in there, made my arthritis flare up however I’d rather have it cold than hot. So, aside from my minor complaints, I’m very pleased with this Wuest being so close to home.”
“No complaints from me. I went in for severe ear pain. I got a shot and a couple of meds. I was in and out in about 1 & 1/2 hours, which isn't bad. The P.A. & M.A. were nice and my ear pain is gone for now. Thank you, Toradol. Highly recommend checking in online.”
“The staff is always so very nice. And it’s very close to my home. I usually get right in like within five minutes, but they were running behind so the weight was about 30 minutes, but that is very unusual for them. And that’s why I give them a 10 because everyone is so nice and normally you get in within five minutes when you have an appointment. I like the fact that we could make appointments.”

“It's fine for me because i am computer literate. But everytime I go in for an appt, there is some older-than-me pt who is a walk-in, totally confused about making an appt and needing a staff member to explain, at length, how to use their phone to do that.
Sometimes, it's just too much to ask an elderly person. It's like your system is totally uncaring about a certain segment of society. This needs to be addressed!”
