“I had called earlier to see about repairing a lamp that i have had since 1976. A staff member, John, took me and my broken lamp to the lamp kit repair aisle. He asked what was broken on the lamp. I showed him. He viewed the million lamp gizmos on display and picked a perfect one. He took time to show me how to go about doing the repair kit. I took the part home and I can proudly state that I repaired my lamp successfully. Yahoo!”

“I just love this store. To start off, I had gone into Home Depot to buy a grey color to paint my room. After I noticed the grey color showed up blue in my room I asked if I could return it. They said I couldn't but rather offered to fix it. After a couple of times going back, the paint was a different color and I just decided to try this store out. Noticed the difference right when I walked it. Great customer service and was able to find the grey color I was looking for. It's a little more expensive but worth it. My room is no longer a baby blue color.”
