If I can rate this place a “0”. I would.. Absolutely no help anywhere. Rude employees. I made appointment for the same day 12:30.. I decided I would get there at 6:40am. Was Third in line never was called back as a walk in even having a Appointment. Don’t waste your time in Sanger. Take the drive somewhere else. This bad review will save you a headache. I never thought I would be the one making a bad review. Hope this helps you

Horrible service at this location!!! Rude rude and extremely insensitive. My sister had an appointment to get her labs drawn for an update on her platelets due to chemo. Not certain what triggers the front desk people but my sister broke down crying because it’s difficult enough having cancer . They front desk said she didn’t have an appointment but received a text confirmation saying she did. So insensitive ?

Currently eight months pregnant and was dropping off a 24hr urine sample and asked to wait for more than an hour just to drop off. The ladies in the front were no help and showed a lack of empathy. The worst Quest Diagnostic center in the valley by far...avoid if possible.

It's fine for me because i am computer literate. But everytime I go in for an appt, there is some older-than-me pt who is a walk-in, totally confused about making an appt and needing a staff member to explain, at length, how to use their phone to do that.
Sometimes, it's just too much to ask an elderly person. It's like your system is totally uncaring about a certain segment of society. This needs to be addressed!

Long wait when only three people in room . They talk a lot in the back while people are waiting. Staff rude as heck if someone needs help checking in. Then they ask you do you know what blood work do you need. They have order in the system. And they say they can’t see your history from another sister lab. Just amazing. Either you have a bunch of lazy people. Or they are ignorant and need more training. You can go to others labs on Herndon and what a difference. Even if you don’t have an appointment you’re in and out. With a smile. The work ethic are just amazing.

Had an appointment in morning got out almost 3hours later and still didn't do labs. System went down and the blood drawer Leslie was rude from beginning. Had to go back next day and she didn't have my faxed papers ready. She's the worst and rudest.
