Ordered flowers to be delivered and they didn't have them. They upgraded the flowers for me for free. Then went to go delivery to a business and they tried to deny it thinking the employee wasnt there. Eli called numerous times to make sure they got delivered since the business was incorrect. Thank you so much. This is why you order from local florists!

About a year ago my family was going through one of it's worst times. I called everywhere to get a decent fee that wouldn't break our bank as we still needed to pay the funeral home and other expenses. Sanger M and E was the only place to speak to me as a human being and genuinly care for what my family was going through. The arrangements where beautiful they were delivered on time and overall was just a nice and easy experience when everything else seemed so chaotic. I have recommended this flower shop to everyone ever since. Truly great customer service.

I always order my flower arrangements over the phone from M&E Flowers and Eli is always so helpful with what I need. And love that they deliver in a timely manner. Will always be a customer and order here. Plus my flower arrangements are always so pretty and last awhile. (: Thank you again M&E!

I ordered a pink ribbon with pink flowers corsage through their online website 2 days prior to pickup. I was told it would be ready by 3 pm. When I went to pick it up about 3:15 it wasn't even made yet. Not only that, I ended up getting one with lavender ribbon and they said they were out of pink, the flowers looked old, open and the tips of the flowers were already dying and yellow. I also waited 30 mins and when I finally received it they gave it to me in a little plastic bag instead of a plastic container. Highly recommend to go somewhere else. I won't be coming back here ever

Delivery was made on time, but the quality of vial flowers was poor. One was losing petals on day of delivery. Sunflower was dead 2 days later... I would not recommend this place, esp. for the price you pay for a flower delivery.

So I revived a plant arrangement for the death of my mother in law from M & E and first off it wasn’t what the sender asked for, the fern they brought was falling apart as I was bringing it in..so I call because I knew the sender had probably paid good money for it..I explained that it was dying and said he would just replace the fern, I said thank you…Days later he brought out this ugly plant and took the other two( which he was only supposed to replace the fern..but asked for both) so I called to see if I could just get the one plant I liked back. He was rude and very condescending… What was meant to be a nice thing turned in to a frustrating situation.. maybe he should deliver a plant that was ordered. You can say what you want you never delivered the right plant.. and I was extremely polite to you and you sent a dead plant so yes I called you…

I am completely blown away by my experience with Eli. I called on Labor Day not sure if I would reach someone and reached Eli. From that moment forward he was so incredibly helpful helping me order some flowers for my sons girlfriend. Since he didn't have any tulips in stock he went over the color combos we would like. On top of that he personally delivered the flowers after she was off school and they turned out so so beautiful. Both kids were very happy! And we will definitely be ordering from M&E flowers again!

I have ordered flower arrangements online twice from Sanger M and E Flowers and Gifts. Both sets of arrangements were beautiful. Eli was great. He provided great customer service. I know I can count on them to provide beautiful flower arrangements. Highly recommend.

Eli was such an awesome person to work with. Super kind and on time ??He did my wedding bouquet for me 2 weeks ago. The bouquet he had made for me was beautiful!! But it wasn’t what I asked for. I sent an email of what I wanted it to look like and he had added unexpected color to it without asking me. I had specific colors for my wedding and he added something way off the day before my wedding. My colors were sage green and blush pink and he added purple. Again, it was a very beautiful bouquet and I would’ve been okay with it if it was for my home, a funeral, or birthday. But it was for my wedding and I didn’t get what I asked for. Super awesome business and sweet people, I just would’ve liked if he came to me and asked if he could throw in a pop of color.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered through blossom delivery and what I ordered was WAY off than what was delivered. Not worth the 104 bucks. Delivered late in the day and the roses were wilting...

Ordered it online and was delivered on time! I was a little worried at first because the number online wasn’t going through, since I wanted to make sure my ordered was going to arrive on time. My mom was happy to receive her beautiful flowers ?! Thank you for making her birthday more special!

Tens, tens, tens across-the-board!! I wanted to make sure my niece felt special for her school recital today, due to the fact that I was not able to make it. I ordered flowers from a major retailer and was assured they were going to be delivered at 9 AM today. I woke up to an email for the major retailer stating that FedEx was going to deliver them by 4:30 PM, which is after she is out of school. After going back-and-forth with the major retailer about the situation, I frantically called Sanger M&E Flowers and spoke to Eli at 8:45am this morning, and due to the outstanding customer service he provided me and understanding how special this was for my niece, my niece had her flowers just before her recital. I can’t thank Eli enough for making my niece feel so happy and special today I highly recommend if you need flowers support your local businesses like Singer M&E flowers. Thank you again for all of you help today!!
