Do not be fooled by their advertising to get in at a lower rate. I've been there for close to 7 years and they have gotten progressively worse every year. I'm waiting for Darells on Shaw and McCall to open to switch. They raise their price just about monthly, went from $90 to now $150 for a space that is not climate controlled. They call you constantly if you're a day late In paying, really ridiculous! Can't wait to move out.

Very poor customer service. 12 years with them and I’m about to be done.. Threatening to terminate my contract with them ALL because I won’t respond to their messages… Is that even legal? Might have to talk to an attorney on this one… no customer loyalty…

Staff not friendly they lock you out of your unit the day the payment is due. If you go to pay for it that day and they are at lunch you can't even go in because they lock you out.

I've been here a while and I'm not super happy with them. They're little over priced for the area and they start blowing up your phone the day before the bill is due and they'll shut you out of your storage on the day your bill is due. No grace period at all I've never had to deal with that at any other storage. I do not recommend this storage.

Great and reliable customer service. There is always someone there to help with your storage unit. Also, they make monthly payments very easy to process. They will even set reminders for you to assist you and everything. Very happy with this business.
