Car wash needs to be fixed, first time I went it left soap all over the rear bumper, so I let it go went back now it left soap all on the back end of my car lol can u plz fix the rinse cycle plz

Came to put gas and Shell here took out a considerable money out of my bank account somehow. I know cause I checked my bank account. I don't know if a scam here is going on but I will be calling the authorities to investigate this.

The people inside are great... the people who visit the store are rude and inconsiderate. Been yelled at, flipped off, honked at etc and fir no reason. My car can remain dirty before I go there again!
