Wouldn't allow my autistic daughter to use the restroom which is included in California Health and Safety Code, Division 104, Part 15, Chapter 2, Article 6, Section 118700, the Restroom Access Act which she falls under . And was dismissed by the workers onsite dispite having provided a valid notice information short little Mexican girl don't want to drop any names with full figures white women manager on site. The service worker had an attitude like no other and over all staff has no awareness of laws or codes or any customer service skills. Worst customer care and worst wait times go support a local company that has decent quality customer serviceWheelchair accessibility: Irresponsible with disabilities and knowledge of code enforcement

Needs better staffing. No service at this location. The 1 person working says they'll help me and leaves. I waited 10 min before sitting back down. Shortly after, the people in line behind me left due to lack of service.

Ordered 5 dbl cheeseburgers for the family. Had 3 custom bc of my kids. One burger was to be no mustard and add lettuce. We got the burger with tomatoes, onions and mustard only (no lettuce, no ketchup). I suspect they didn't appreciate the custom orders and did this on purpose. Will avoid eating here in future.

I dont even ever want to come back here again. The only good thing that I can say about this place is that the food has come out good every time, except for today. I ordered a butterfinger blast. I received a cup of vanilla ice cream with fat globs of tough chewy butterfinger, instead of crunchy butterfinger pieces. Not sure how that happened. The wait time is AWFUL. I was sitting at the drive-through speaker for a few minutes before even hearing anything from one of the employees. I heard this younger boy say hello? So I responded back, and he asked, is this the stall? and I was like no this is the drive-through. and he was just like okay what’s your order. He just sounded so rude and like maybe he didn’t know what he was doing because he’s new or something, but you don’t have to talk to me like that. The quality of the speakers suck in the drive-through, but especially in the stalls. So anyway I placed my order and I was the 2nd car in line from the window where they hand you your food. The person in front of me was waiting for so long, after about 10 minutes they just drove away. So I went up to the window and the younger guy was like, oh what did you order? So I let him know what I had ordered, and he told me my total and I paid for it. Got my drink then waited longer for food, while two or three different times he came up to the window to ask me what was your order? Every time ive ever gone to this location they only have like one or two people working in there. I won’t blame the employees themselves for being understaffed, just the people who are in charge of hiring and firing and making the schedules because you guys seriously need more people there at any given time.

This location is super super slow there's always only just one employee there I actually just went there now sat there for 10 minutes in drive thru no one ever came to get our order so we left and went somewhere else to eat avoid this

I went there for the butterfinger blast which I’ve ordered 100 times they brought it out. It was half the size charge me full price for a medium, but yet gave me a small one when I said something they said all that’s the size that they are. And very rude. Then they lost my bank they gave me the blast. But not my card and when I said hey you never gave me the card back they said yes we did. And argued with me about it. They oh wait here it is. 5 minutes later.This place is going to go out of business

Everyone here was so rude. They treated me absolutely horrible along with cold food. I would never come here again. Not just that the dine in was flithy and I seen a roach. Absolutely atrocious. One of the managers named ‘Zarina’ was very unprofessional. I’m surprised this place isn’t shut down.

Tried to make a stop on our way home and eat in. There was a "wet floor" sign and a lot of water on the floor, plus a strong bleach odor, which seemed weird. But, since the place was otherwise open, we got in to the counter and started deciding what to have.After a few minutes, a really rude lady came out and screamed at us that we shouldn't be there and that there was a wet floor sign at the door. Since when does "wet floor" mean "do not enter"? If you don't want people to enter, post a sign stating precisely that. And even if you had done that, you can show some professionalism and manners, and explain yourself politely. A family with two kids isn't breaking "the law according to you" just because it's fun. It costs you nothing to treat customers right even if they have made a mistake (which to be crystal clear, we hadn't).So anyway, no problem: we drove to the Burger King on the other side of the road, where we got excellent treatment from the staff and the quick meal we were looking for. Your loss.

It's too bad the food and slushees are so good that I have to keep coming to this place, but like many reviewers the service is not good most of the time. It often seems the ordering panels are broken and the grounds look dry, abandoned, and sad.

If y'all are ever craving for sonic, don't ever go to this one specifically the sonic sanger!!! literally today not only that they messed up me and my friend's order's they literally took an hour & 10 min just to get my popcorn chicken corrected from buffalo (which i literally told them i wanted bbq specifically) to bbq sauce, sooo highly not recommended to go eat at this place! ???

The food is normally really good and the employees are very nice and awesome. Today I had an online order and when I went to pick it up, the app told me to check in and wait at a spot. So I did and the screen said it was being prepared and to keep waiting. I waited 30 minutes so I pushed the red button and the employee told me that my food had been ready so to just come through the drive thru (even though the app told me to wait at the spot and the workers would bring out the food to me.) So when I did get my food, it was very cold. But the workers apologized and were very nice. Mistakes happen everywhere and I think today was a pure accident. I love the restaurant and the employees. Just had the one negative experience today.

I was so disappointed, service was slow, burgers were a soggy mess with no flavor & asked for no onions & even though the receipt showed no onions they both had onions. Onion rings weren’t done & limp, even our drinks were bad, they were flat. $25 wasted. Won’t go back. Time for new management to get this location back on track.
