if I could have given this place zero stars I would have. they have stringed us along for over 2 months. posting they have a truck we want, then when we get there they say they don't have it and try to sell us something way more expensive. just this week we were buying a truck they said they had on their lot. we get there and they say it's at their sister store in Roseville but they could have it delivered to us. we said ok. today we got a call that it's already been sold. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! LETS TAKE THEM OUT OF BUSINESS! THEY SHOULD NOT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS

What a breath of fresh air. All employees and manager wearing name tags and helpful. Took them 5 minutes to completely assess and solve a problem the Sunnyside store was completely dead wrong on. My highest praise for a well trained and sympathetic staff. This is the store for all your needs I'm impressed. Thank you.

My phone was stolen I was stuck in the office on their phone trying to get the insurance handled. I take water pills for hart failure I'm disabled. After 45 min I needed to use restroom. I explained my situation asked twice to use restroom they said no public restrooms. I had to go elsewhere meanwhile I was stuck on hold in their office doing the pee pee dance trying my best to get my business handled. I ended up peeing myself in the car. Out front.

-☆This has been the worst experience since this store opened.I missed the amazing customer service that they used to have.Their lack of empathy and knowledge is beyond our community expectations.I visited two weeks ago, and "the staff explained something that my husband needs to do to get replaced his broken phone. They told us, "Come back on the 4th, and you can get the replacement.Today. November 4th, 2023, we showed up just to for them to tell us "No you can't get his phone" (for privacy, I can't fully explain the whole situation). The boy that "took care of us has attitude like "it is not my problem, I am not going to be bother by. Also, We asked why the reason our phone service shuts down as soon we put a foot in the store. First, he said, "It is a policy." Then he said, " I don't know," but I can connect you to our wifi" I needed to log in to my bank account, but I will not trust a wifi connection to do that. He said you could leave and come back. Also, they took pictures of my driver license without asking me the first two weeks prior. Plus, we were having a lack of service in our area, and he said, "I don't know anything about it. We weren't the only ones asking the same questions.T-Mobile Stop wasting your resources on TV commercials and social media and get your act together.Stop calling us when we get a bad service, and we give you a bad survey. You don't fix the problem anyway. I feel entitled to speak up because I am a 15 year old customer.The bill never stops even when your customers are lacking of service.PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!I didn't contact customer service as soon as I left the store, but I did not get help at all either.

I am a former employee at this store. They need to change district manager (Cassandra) and the store manager (Desiree) they are best friends that’s why the “manager” got promoted. The manager is so disorganized and comes late 24/7 whom also never comes in looking presentable. I got an unlawful termination, I was not scheduled for about 3 weeks and was asking for hours I am human like everyone else and need money to support myself thanks for my nice co workers willing to give me hours. As a businesswoman you have to treat your workers with respect. T-mobile do better on who you have representing your stores. HR will hear from me, I did my work clean and was transparent with my customers but was forced to add things to people’s accounts and finesse people so the store numbers will look good. Please if you’re a customer download the t-mobile application to keep tabs on your accounts. DONT BLAME THE EMPLOYEES FOR THE THINGS ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT BUT THE MANAGER. Also they do have phones but never want to sell to customers only if you’re adding a line. SHADY WORKPLACE DONT RECOMMEND TO COME TO THIS T-MOBILE SAVE YOURSELF FROM YOUR BILL GONIG UP HIGH.

I had an amazing experience at this store the employees were well trained. I used to be a manager elsewhere and can visually tell when a business has a great leader the girl broke down every fee/charge for me and the manager also came out to make sure I was well taken care of and made sure I was aware of the stuff I added, which no other store does 10/10 recommend!

i'm a former employee due to wrongful termination because the god awful redhead greasy hair manager desiree carrillo and her bestie district manager cassandra (goblin). i had the worst job experience at this location because they literally made it hell for my co workers and i by always trying to make us do fraud so their numbers would look good at the end of the day. they are extremely unprofessional and make sure you watch what they add onto your accounts before they commit more fraud than they already do :) i promise these people do NOT care about you nor do they care about how high your bill gets they will add ANYTHING onto your account. nothing is free there no matter if they say the line is "free". you can see if anything was added through the t-mobile app. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE LOCATION!!!!!! also the wack home internet doesn't work please don't let them convince you otherwise. if anyone has any questions let me know :) T-MOBILE DO BETTER AT WHO YOU'RE HIRING AS MANAGERS!!!!!

Phone was having problems and when I went in I had to go back 3 times but each time they were friendly and helpful. The fist time the girl Jasmine or Jazmine was very helpful and friendly and helped pass the time by when transferring my phone. Definitely will go back!
