I had an insufficient address package I went in to get it in person the woman was super nice barely asked 1 question and already knew my package I came for!!

I really don't understand what is going on. It's been now 3mos in a row that I received an email saying I am going to get certain mail. I will receive the mail but check. It's in the email but I dnt get it till 3 to 4 days later. Who are they going to keep blaming. Yes I shld just get it direct deposit but they should also look in to it. Once someone else received my check and return it bc they told me. So how many times is this going to keep happening? Well yesterday the mailman or lady didn't even pass by I have cameras and we looked and nothing.

When you deal with this post office get ready for disappointment and regret. Grand master julie that says she runs this establishment is the shinning example of why government employees are often regarded as lazy, she often interrupts you or says one thing but does a other I hope the higher up read this and get some one with integrity and respect toward people that are minorities. Because women like her that aren't helpful compassionate or willing to help other don't deserve to serve there communities. She keeps sending my mail back because she doesn't believe I live at the address it's one of Sanger's most expensive areas off bethel between Harvard & Princeton . I've gone fives times in this last month to sort it out and I've called to communicate with her to hold my packages she refuses. Julie either refuses to do her job at the level the tax payers and patrons require or she is a ignorant lady that is past due her time but both are unacceptable. I never post Yelp or google reviews my first one but this lady deserve all recognition she can get, please if anyone has had a pleasant experience with her let me know because I'd hate for her to treat more people like she's treated me the last month..

Horrible experience, had better experiences at other post offices. Customer services at Sam's Mail Call in Sanger was outstanding, just down the street from you guys. They were better priced and will reach the destination earlier. Nice!

If I could give this USPS a "Survey" or a rating, I wouldn't even put one star.. but unfortunately that's standard to at least have one star on Yelp. The cashier lady (not sure of her name, but she is the only blond) scams the survey system by printing a receipt per every individual package. Sometimes I come to the USPS with over 50 packages and she will literally waste my time, customers time, company time, everyone's time just taking her sweet time scanning each and every single package and prints each receipt of each package just to get survey credit. Completely unfair and unprofessional. And when I finally walk out of the Sanger USPS, I have a BOOK of receipts flying everywhere! And everyone in line is upset with me as if it was my fault. Also wasting TONS of company receipt/paper. Her manager walked by and seen this one time, and she pretended as if I was the one who requested all those receipts when I never asked for that.. just so her manager wouldn't notice. Then her manager started telling me not to ask for all those receipts.. I never even asked for that!! This isn't the first time this has happened, and I've told other USPS cashiers at the Sanger location about this issue but they don't seem to really have control over the problem. I am so busy running two businesses from our store down the street in Sanger and online, I don't have time to waste and or need all those paper receipts! I've lived in Sanger, CA for over 30+ years and I've used this USPS location services for almost all my shipping needs. Always A+ service with everyone there.. Disappointing how things have changed. Some times I will drive to Fresno's USPS locations just to avoid this issue.. it's really upsetting and honestly I'm probably going to stop coming here from now on. Fresno will print all my packages on ONE paper receipt.. and it goes by really quickly and nobody is waiting or upset with me. (I've gone to fresno with three times the amount of packages I've taken to Sanger, and no issue whatsoever).. the most upsetting part and only reason I am leaving this review (because I never leave reviews for no where!) i was convinced to make a review because the manager at this location had blamed me for this and was rude when i tired to mention that the cashier tried to blame me for requesting all those receipts. She was rude and recommended to just check online for my tracking numbers and that I don't need to be wasting time asking for "receipts".. like, how about you check your staff first before trying to tell off a customer who paid for this service.. right? You can put it all on ONE receipt, THANK YOU!!!

Update to previous review! Had to go back a week ago (because I had to) and things have changed! The older gentleman who I spoke of earlier was a whole new human! Was completely giving off happy grandpa vibes while maintaining his professionalism while I was there and remainder me of mine (RIP gramps). He wasn’t even helping me, someone else was! People wore their masks, social distanced, and I saw someone disinfecting the place ? say what! I wasn’t there forever and the person who helped me was decent on timing. Overall such an improvement and very impressed!Original review:Bad service! It was utter chaos in there, the older Hispanic gentleman with glasses who was helping me looked like his gave up on even trying to tell people to socially distance or want to be there lol. The lady who works up front is normally the most helpful and nice. Wish I got her, instead of having to come all the way home for tape even though he had some literally right I front of me.
