Great place to go, especially when you're in need of basics and DONT want to stand in line like those bigger stores. Typically, im in and out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. ONE thing I noticed is that customers are getting mad because they're getting ID for making alcohol purchases, and these poor associates take the heat for their retail way of business. Honestly, I didn't mind getting carded. I mean, we all should have our driver's license as it is no big deal. Very clean place despite not having a single trash can inside.

In regards to getting my flu shot for 2022, I filled out the Walgreens online application and went to my scheduled appointment located at 2589 Jensen Ave, Sanger, CA. To my dismay, I was informed that no flu shots were being administered for another week, yet my online application said to be there on that specific day and time. I drove down the street to CVS and within minutes my flu shot was administered and I was free to go home. Thanks CVS, I opened a new account with you and will be back next year!

Walgreens in Sanger used to be my go to pharmacy. There current staff is now rude and dishonest. I took my daughter in to get her COVID booster now that her age group is approved and they tried everything they could to deny it and make us leave. They even told us our insurance denied it when after a call to them I confirmed that they did not. It's a shame as I used to like going to Walgreens of Sanger.

I asked the photo lady for a phone charger. She said she would help me and then helped 2 different customers who came in AFTER I asked for her help. She kept looking at me like I was just going to leave. 2 different Walgreens employees saw me waiting and just let me stand there waiting. I had to ask AGAIN for help after 3 employees saw me waiting for help. Do better Walgreens do better.

I have to say, after a long day, it's really nice when u walk into a retail store for some last minute things before heading home and u receive the best customer service ... and associate Shameika did just that! She was so kind & helpful. I appreciate that kind of service! I really hope her boss reads this review and rethinks her pay rate! She deserves it!

This is the last time I'm going to this Walgreens. Every time I go to the drive thru, it's always busy with 2-3 cars, slow, and not the mention that the drive thru is near the EECU parking lot. I waited 30 mins with only 2 cars ahead of me, and by the time I got to the window and gave my information, the tech said that my prescription isn't ready when I called the automated phone number and it said it was ready. So disappointing and a waste of time for nothing. I'll be going to another pharmacy.

It took two round trips to finally get my flu shot via the VA at the Walgreen's pharmacy. As for my passport picture, I called in advance, travelled 40 miles one way and discovered their machine was down. Went across the street to Walmart and had my picture taken and ready for pickup in less tan 15 minutes, at half price what Walgreen charges.
