Beware paying cash at this location they will short you on change. I paid $45 cash for some items and guy hands me my change and gives me a suspicious look and proceeds to toss my receipt to the side. If it weren’t for that look I would’ve just tossed the change in my pocket and went about my day like many of us do. I asked him to put the receipt in my bag and counted the change in my car and confirmed my suspicions, they had shorted me on change. I went back inside to confront them and they didn’t fight me on it they gave me my change and that was it. It was two guys I didn’t get their names. Shady establishment I wouldn’t be surprised if they have card skimmers installed too.

Price tag on items say one thing but store employees tried to charge me more..
Scammers. Be careful using your debit/credit cards here they may have installed skimmers on their payment/ atm machines .use at your own risk.

Even though it says 24 hours, this is the second time I've shown up after 2am on a Saturday night/Sunday morning where they have locked the doors and the guy inside has signaled to me to go away and that he won't reopen until 5am.

I tried to walk into this 711 right now and was told it was closed. How is a 711 closed? He was just standing around. Never in my life have i ever been denied into a 711. What a disappointment. Updated I just waled again to 711 at 1 40 AM and it was closed. The date is June 13 2024 is this specific enough? Why is a story that is supposed to be open 24 hours Even close that makes no sense chained up and everything this is the 3rd time.

Disclaimer: they are NOT open 24hrs. Do not rely on their open sign nor maps. Other than late night munchies being a hit or miss- the service is great and they always have new flavors available from chip brands. Their store is also kept clean especially near the drink stations.

They need to update their business hours to reflect that they’re closed from 2am - 7am. It’s disrespectful to the customers don’t have cars and are trying to prepare for their day by trying to spend money at this establishment.

Absolutely the worst 711 in California. Never open at night even though they claim 24hrs, does not answer their phone, and horrible customer service.
