A1 care pharmacy is not professional with the business and they can lose a lot of patients and customers easy and I am one of them already left and never come back to this pharmacy anymore specially the one at Santa Ana . I bought a machine nebulizador and the box is NOT sealed and on my spot and before I left the pharmacy, I asked them if something wrong with the machine I can return it or exchange it, there is a woman I believe her name krina, she's the owner of this pharmacy came to me and she said No you can't return or exchange it , SO I told her okay I don't need it and I want to return it back now before I leave, I didn't go outside, I am still here with brand new machine but I changed my mind and I want my refund . She refused to take it back and gave me my money back . I told her I bought it from 2 minutes and I am still in the pharmacy but still she didn't care , she cared only about the money she got it from me. This pharmacy They don't care about the customers if satisfied or not but they are care about the sales and the business only , So I stucked now with the machine and I am NOT happy from the way they treat me and refused to give me my money back, So my advice is before you decide to buy anything from them, you have to think twice because once they get your money, No way you can get your money back This is very bad experience and this is THE FIRST TIME AND THE LAST TIME I WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PHARMACY A1CARE PHARMACY . It IS THE WORST PHARMACY EVER I SEE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. BE CAREFUL.

A1Care pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy in town. I am always greeted when I walk in there and they are all so kind and professional. I recommend A1Care pharmacy to everyone and anyone who wants excellent customer service and likes being treated with kindness and respect. Thank you A1Care for years of excellent service.

Everyone here is really nice and helpful. They’re also super quick to fill your prescriptions, the wait is super short because they do it right away. They also offer delivery if you live far away or cannot come to the pharmacy. Highly recommended.

Best pharmacy experience I've ever had.The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a new prescription and I was in and out within 15 minutes, maybe less.They even offered me a cold drink while I waited.They also deliver. So I'm switching all my prescriptions over to them.

Amazing pharmacy, everyone was so nice and polite. They made my month by having my medication ready on time. They even offer free snacks! No one else does that! Definitely would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you guys so much best pharmacy ever!

Pharmacy Technician after 37 years, Im done. Now as a client on the other side of the counter I notice every detail. I love the service I get from this pharmacy. The crew are courteous and prompt, the pharmacist professionally processes my order. Although a tiny place (they just expanded), I am pleased with this establishment.

Might be the friendliest staff I've ever seen at any establishment.Super quick service!I had a few questions about the medication that was prescribed and I don't think I've ever been more sure of a prescription in all my 32 years.Ten out of ten will come back again!
