I have been to all the ABC stores in So. California, this one is nasty. The bathrooms never have soap, rarely have towels, the fork lift driver Roberto is on his own timetable, and it's never even close to kinda in a hurry. it's just poor, nobody is friendly. There is always the Anaheim store, which is close great. i won't be coming back here anytime soon.

Truly a disservice to this establishment> I called yesterday 30 minutes before closing and person who answered seemed to be so mad at my call. I don't understand why he needed to be so rude just a simple please call back tomorrow would have been suffice. I hope the owner reads this and makes some changes. i cant imagine how much money they must be loosing based on bad customer service.

They over charge. Please check out the prices ar south coast shingle company in laguna niguel. They charged me over 20% more than the other roofing stores. South coast shingle company is significantly less expensive no wonder why there were so many roofing companies at south coast shingle company there filling up their trucks. The manager wouldn't help me... I live 45 min from the store and told him how much he was up charging me. His response was to return everything. Basically drive up and back 1.5 hours to save 25% Kind of worth the drive but really upsetting. I feel like I was hosed!

99% of the time they have everything you need for a roofing job and if they happen to be out of stock on certain things, they normally have a shop withing 10 miles that has it so be sure to call ahead and they can look up inventory on their other stores. Very friendly go-getter crew always ready for your order ticket! And they're pretty fast (if there's not too l9ng of a line!)

We are a GC with an account at ABC, our field supervisor went in for 2 pieces of tile, they were charging $15 per tile. The salesman was rude and had awful customer service. Our field supervisor left and went to JB Wholesale for $2 per tile. Huge price gouging.

Almost got into a car crash because an ABC supply co truck decided not to stop at the red light on Gilbert and Dale in Buena Park/Anaheim @ 2:30PM 04-29-2021. Well done ABC driver.

Bought shingles, and they charged for roof loading but didn't load roof. No effort was put in to get it loaded.
