The bathrooms are super disgusting. They smell urine and look like they never get cleaned. I've sadly had to use the bathroom here a few times since I work on the road and every time is the same. DO BETTER

Took 45 mins for 2 eye drops to get filled. It was not busy at all. The 2 other lady’s that work there are very good and quick. Today however the 2 there were not.

Excellent service! Surprisingly better than CVS and Walgreens, who we've used for years!! Very efficient & friendly staff. Very detailed text msgs, contrary to he gibberish and unhelpful ones from CVS. So far very happy. Only reason for 4stars is the limited hours a d lunch breaks that we have to constantly be aware of.

I've been using Albertsons Pharmacy for at least 20 years. They know you're there, they're kind, and helpful. This is a great Pharmacy! And you can get automated reminders Etc

Terrible, dishonest customer service by the pharmacist there (Annie Bui). As a healthcare professional myself, I strongly encourage you to stay away and use a different pharmacy.

Saw an employee, who of course wasn't wearing a face mask, wipe her nose with her hand and then start touching a bunch of the prepared food items in the produce section. It would be nice if Albertsons trained their employees to adhere to basic sanitation and preventing the transmission of foodborne illnesses.

this albertson's has gone downhill !! used to love going there. currently, i am bedridden, and i have sent my husband to buy fresh baked french bread and sourdough bread from the bakery dept. they don't have them in the baskets. my husband asked them when they will have ( after going 3 different times different hours) the fresh baked bread? they said in the morning well that is not true, then they told my husband oh do not know !!! this is bad customer service , my husband is 79 yrs old he has cancer he is tired , i guess the manger tells the bakery employees to treat the hispanic elderly with disrespect for your information my husband is a citizen he speaks good english just because he has hispanic blood in him gives them the right to be disrespectful!! sunday, march 12, 2022, was the last day he went . i since have called i press option 3 for bakery dept, and it just rings and rings then goes back to automated ! one time, it went to the cashier, and the man didn't help me. he hung up !!! corporate office is going to be receiving a call from me ! Thank Albertsons on 17th street Santa Ana for NOT helping us ! Mrs. Garcia !

So I've been shopping here for years...why? Because it's convenient. They constantly miss things in my packing of groceries. Well I've had my final missed food item. Leave that one right there.

Bad customer service it's always closed. Poor management personnel bad actitud I don't recommend to shopping here Thanks. I do not recommend this place when it comes to customer service.

Worst customer service ever. Went in on new years eve to pick up an order. Edgardo over at deli has super bad customer service and shouldn't work at albertsons. I picked up my food and asked politely for a box since i ordered 50pcs of chicken. He said why and i said cause the chicken will get cold in the bad itself. He said no it wont and started arguing about it. Then i told him you do know that the customer is always right. He said no that is a myth. You guys are never right we are. I went ahead and asked for his name 3 times completely ignored me. I had to get his name from another employee . I asked for a manager and juan came over but he didn't know how to handle the situation. I asked to speak to somebody in management but was told some took the day off and nobody was there. How is it possible that no one from management is working. Edgardo needs to be retrained or fired. With that mentality i wonder how many customers have experience the same thing as i did but didn't speak up. I have also been trying to get a hold of the general manager of the store but have not had any luck. Overall the store needs retraining on all departments. It shouldn't be that hard to get a hold of a store manager.

This Albertsons location has this pre-made guacamole that is absolutely delicious. Me and my coworkers always come here and purchase it every Friday when we'd like to eat nachos and tacos at our job. I know we're supposed to eat tacos on Tuesday but we typically do it on Fridays LOL don't judge us! But the guac here is so good I just want to eat it as much as possible I really like the fact they have a lot of milk options as well. I am lactose intolerant so the fact that I am able to get almond milk and other types of milk really make me feel happy

Don't use the 'food pick up' app here, this store is completely unorganized & the manager of this Albertsons, should be fired. When your staff has to make excuses, and take over 30 minutes to facilitate an online order and the staff member states 'I'm alone here, doing this all herself' this is not the employees' mistake, this is a Management concern. Do not use technology, if you cannot execute it's main purpose, which is saving time for the Customer! Arrived approximately 2PM yesterday, literally took over 30 minutes for this order to be delivered to our car. I realize this may come off as petty, but again, the whole purpose of utilizing this service, is to save time. I could have gone into he store and done my regular shopping, and still would have saved time! #doBetter #FAIL. TO ADD insult to this major fail, my wife had to drive back yesterday to the store to pick up the missing item that was ordered and paid for. Turns out the item, had her name on it and was sitting in the store's office. No follow up from Albertsons, no communication to try to resolve this matter...The fact that we had to drive back, this whole matter has gone from what should be a 5-10 minute process, has taken over 60 minutes, to take care of our order. I'll say it again, the Manager of this store should be fired, as there is clearly no leadership here. I would like the Corporate office to reach out to us so we can make appropriate arrangements for compensation for the grocery pick-up nightmare. Email: globalsean AT Gmail com
