The only reason I am not leaving a one star is because they tend to have decent prices on meat. This store has awful customer service and will go out of their way to not bag your groceries... literally. If you set an open bag near them they'll put items anywhere EXCEPT the bag. Seems like a strict policy and a very dumb one at that because you have people trying to bag their groceries while paying, which ends up slowing down the line. Just provide self checkouts because the cashiers are essentially useless anyway! Aldi is an awful store, especially this one. There's a Trader Joe's 2 mins away that's way better in every way.

Cashier Angel seemed annoyed today at 11:31am he lacks of professionalism. Told me to get everything ready and my card too. He’s sitting down I don’t see any struggle at all. The easier the job the laziest employees get. Angel put all my items in a cart makes me bag everything when other customers are also there crowding around. Since there’s no customer service better put a self check out. I can do faster and with no issues.

The shop itself is pretty good. Lots of products at affordable prices. But they might want to check staff competency before hiring them. Got into a verbal altercation with one of the cashiers because she did not know the year was 2025 for my ID. I have a Florida ID so it says 'under 21 until (dob) 2024'. This woman was fighting with me trying to say that she can't sell me a bottle of wine. Had her manager come and look at my ID. He had to tell her it was 2025, and that is says under 21 until 2024. After her manager left she got embarassed and began tossing my items into the cart. When the transaction was over, I moved to the side to put the items she had tossed into my bags. Then i get the cart shoved into my side and told i need to move. It's extremely unprofessional, and frankly amazing how she's that unaware of herseld (including the current year we're in ) and should probably get tested for some mental incapacities.

Good fresh produce department. I have found the green onions and fresh pineapple especially good. Good dairy department. Meat department is small but well stocked. There are one or two aisles with specials. I have found some very good items there at highly reduced prices. If you are accustomed to Aldi in Germany you will find this very similar. Americans should understand that the concept is very fair prices with minimal service. No butcher. Bag your own goods. Be prepared for occasional spot shortages. You can save money on the exact same products found at Vons or Ralph's. They do not have everything. That's just the way it is.
