Dirty... terrible. I don't trust the cleanliness of these machines. They allow beggars to gather right in front. Not one or two, but a gaggle of them. Whomever owns this location does not care about the workers or customers, clearly.

Very good coffee first of all. The line gave us enough time to thoroughly read the menu. I love to ask what is recommended at a new restaurant for me to see if their staff eats there or are even interested in the food where they work and unfortunately the cashier that rang us up had no advice and didn't seem to care. I still ordered what I wanted to begin with which was a breakfast croissant and potatoes. My partner order an omelet I believe. The potatoes were really good but the rest was just ok. Overpriced for tourists. Very nice decor but super packed. If you like that Irvine diner feel with having no space to breathe then this is a good place for you. I would return for a coffee to go and maybe little else.

Horrible experience, went to fill up gas May 25th at approx. 5:00pm. Told the lady on the counter $20.00 on pump 5 and she said okay. However, she didnt give me a receipt which not too much of a big deal. Went to pump 5 where I was parked to fill up gas and no gas pumped. I thought maybe this one isnt working I'll let the employee whose name started with an M; so we'll call her Mrs. M., know that it isnt working and two switch me to pump 7 since it was just right behind pump 5. Went inside to notify the lady that the pump wasnt working and she stated that the system said I did pump it. I told her to double check because I had only been out there for less than a minute and there's no way you pump $20.00 worth of gas in less than a minute. She answered in a very rude tone saying "no, you pumped it and that's it." I asked the lady to dou le check and she refused. Because she was refusing to understand I spoke with the other employee who's name was amy. Long story short they printed out the receipt and the receipt Mrs. M stated that proved I pumped gas was dated May 25th, 2020 @4:00pm. In the 30min of me discussing with them and trying to help them understand what had happened; I was the only customer that payed cash for gas. When Amy pulled out the receipt of cash payments for gas it showed that Mrs. M put in the system $20.00 cash on pump 12 which was 2 rows over from where I parked. And even after figuring out where the problem and who had made the problem Mrs. M; who's an older lady, refused to give me a refund or let me pump gas. When I asked for the Managers phone number she also refused to give it to me. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Not only did I lose $20.00 but after they found out who was at fault they refused to take responsibility and make things right. When they did call the manager, Mrs. M said that the manager told her not to refund me or give me gas on a different pump. I will go in tomorrow to speak with the manager and have him review the cameras so that he can be assured I'm not lying or trying to "steal gas/money" according to Mrs. M statement. After speaking with others they said that this ampm arco gas station is notorious for not admitting their mistakes and people always getting their cards overcharged.

I came in as a secret shopper my experience was so horrible at this location I'm posting a personal review. The staff here is absolutely rude, I almost slipped on the floor by the restroom, and the employee at the register literally told a consumer what do they want. I don't know if the two ladies there were having a bad day but if I was the business owner I would definitely pay attention to how clients are treated. If this business was not in a prime location I doubt they would get as much business if it was dependent upon the client service they provide. I attempted to call the business and speak to the manager to at least let them know how clients are being treated I was told that the owner or manager was not there and then when I asked to leave my number I was hung up on not once or twice but three times. So the owner may not even know that his business is being run Buy employees that clearly hate their job and I would hope this would bring to light the situation and provide better customer service in the future. I will not be going to this location ever again.

I went to the Arco Mini-Market this afternoon at the corner of MacArthur and Main. The address is 3414 S. Main Street, Santa Ana. I was ripped off for $40.00. They took my debit card, got my money, and then refused to provide the gas I had paid for. I am an attorney, and called the Santa Ana Police who failed to appear for one and one half hours. Avoid this Arco gas station like the plague. Arco demands debit cards, and refuses to take credit cards, because it allows them to get away with this type of fraudulent activity. If they do it to three or four persons every day, they are unlawfully stealing thousands of dollars every day from the citizens of California. The Arco Mini-market gas station at 3414 S. Main, on the corner of MacArthur and Main, is so bad that they are not even listed on Yelp like the other Arco Mini-markets in Santa Ana. They do not want to be reviewed. They are cheats and thieves, and try to hide from public review. What Arco badly needs is a class action lawsuit to stop Arco Mini-Markets from their systematic rip-off of California consumers. For the love of God, boycott the Arco Mini-market on the corner of MacArthur and Main in Santa Ana.

Cheap gas, but not really in OC.... Arco is cheaper than the other major for two reasons.... Cash or debit card only, and they buy the surplus supplies of all the major refineries. Gasoline is gasoline. There is no difference between the major supplier, so just buy from the cheapest place.
