i went in there to do an upgrade with my mom and they were very knowledgeable and helpful on helping her pick a phone she actually wanted and she was also able to get a big discount on her phone highly recommend coming to get your phones here with Carlos he was awesome

Carlos helped me a lot . He explained my bill and told me my options to help lower my bill and give me the best experience using AT&T. Also Carlos checked how he could improve my internet speed .

This was THE best location to get my daughter a phone. We went to different providers and stores in search of a pink phone with a reasonable plan and this (our 5th location ) was a hit. We were helped by Carlos, who made our customer experience amazing. He was honest, helpful and efficient. My husband and I joked he needs to be running this store. Carlos for manager! The other staff were also friendly and the environment overall was welcoming! We purchased what we wanted and felt great about it afterward!!!10/10 recommend this location.

Prices are ridiculous high, they lie to you all the time, billing changes every time, bad customer service, terrible service. Had a lot of issues when I had this company. I do not recommend it.

I want to start by saying I work at an At&T store location for over four years now, I called to check on the availability of a device and this lady told me the corporate rule was to not check inventory over the phone which I know is a lie. I help customers on a. Daily basis have been through all the trainings and never once was that a corporate rule. Idk why that’s a rule at this location but this is the only store I ever been told that and I visit a store in every city I travel to just to show support. I asked for a manger and of course her response is that there’s isn’t one there which I also know to be very unlikely to not have an assistant manger (ASM) or a store manger, and then wasn’t even told when I could speak to one. It was very weird idk if she was trying to protect her numbers or why they have that rule just never heard it. Why would I waste my time coming into a store no knowing if y’all have what I want ?! It’s ridiculous I would put her name on here but I know reputation is important in this business but that rule is ridiculous and no area manager I spoke with is familiar with that policy. If I told her I was adding a new line on a business account I bet she would act differently it’s just lazy to not check inventory. I know she went in that inventory room 100x today she could’ve told me if the device was in stock right away there’s no need for me to go all the way to the store get into my account and then check that’s ridiculous and I feel bad for customers who have to deal with that lame rule. No store in this country required ID to check their inventory that is rudimentary. Please help me understand why that’s a rule

Took 3 days to get someone to answer 1 question regarding billing. The stores customer service is 0/10. They will not assist you unless you are going to buy something or switch phones. They will have you call customer service to answer questions.

Jose Ortiz helped me trade in an a phone today and it took less than 5 minutes. He was very efficient and friendly. Overall made the entire process very smooth. In general, I’ve had great experiences with the employees and manager at this store.
