Customer service is top tier. I accidentally locked myself out of my car after purchasing the bulbs for my tail lights and was so thankful the staff let me us their phone to call my husband. It was a cold and it started to sprinkle, they told me I could wait inside for the locksmith. The calm I felt knowing they were looking out for me (a complete stranger) was SO reassuring. While I waited I saw the team go out of their way to help the customers that they were servicing in store and in the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this location and have told my friends that live in the OC about them. Thank you all, you made my day brighter.

My husband shops at Autozone quite a bit. They usually have what he needs at this location.

This AutoZone has great customer service. Went in to purchase some coolant, had some questions and all were answered. I can't recall her name but she was amazing at answering all my questions, she asked another employee to bring up the coolant, when she got it she examined it and it turns out it was already opened. So she asked the employee to get me a new one. I loved that she made sure I was getting something that was unopened. Thank you for your time and awesome service.
