Wifi did not work, shower had measly water pressure, the tv was glitchy and did not work. The staff was nice and the pool was nice. Would have spent more money for a better shower.

we are here for a week, customer service is great , asking for towels was easy , friendly staff, easy to get around. The food is ok, the plate you get is enough food for a children. need to have a buffet stile not someone that hands you a plate. other best western have what looks like a egg omelet very good with bacon and sausage and frys. , they do have cereal and other items here. The eggs were a spoon full 2 pc of bacon or 2 pancakes. make it a buffet style. We decided to eat out instead. pool is nice but very salty. must have a salt softener. other then that great place to stay. Room clean, bathroom nice and clean, will come back next year. Work on the food, don't hand a plate out .

The front desk staff were excellent – very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs renovation. Breakfast staff were unwelcoming and made guests feel watched. I forgot my phone, but when I came back to ask, nothing was found — though I’m sure I had it in the room.

not a great experience. you can hear everything in the rooms around you and the ac is so loud. did sleep much here.

We stayed here for 5 nights over the July 4th weekend and it was a better experience than I expected. Now that I am older, I strongly prefer friendly customer service experience over the amenities at the hotel. Front desk and cafeteria staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the kids had so much fun swimming in it. The free continental breakfast and free parking are a plus for sure!
One little annoyance was that as I walked past the pool area, I saw the laundry room and a cleaning lady. I asked for extra towels for later and she made it difficult for me and kept asking me questions. Maybe I shouldn't have done that and just call the front desk for the towels next time.
But overall, it was a great stay and I may just rebook this hotel the next time I'm in town.

I recently stayed at this specific best western and had an awful experience. My car window was smashed, and my vehicle was broken into while parked in the hotel’s lot. To make matters worse, my luggage was stolen.
The signs say “Park at your own risk” which basically takes away their responsibility. I felt unsafe the entire time and received no support or empathy from the hotel. There is no security guard on duty and no cameras in the parking lot, which is unacceptable for a hotel that charges as much as this one does.
I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away unless they want to risk their personal safety and belongings. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I Would Love to Complement The Front Desk Staff, Tiffany & Maritza, Who Were Very Professional & Helpful in a Situation That Happened to Us In Myself Booking the Wrong Dates on My 2nd day Stay there, To Where They Solve The Problem Easley & Explained all I Needed to do. We Enjoyed Our Stay & Will Definitely Stay again!! The Rooms Were Clean. The Breakfast Was Great. I Would Recommend The Best Western Highly!! Thank You All & We Appreciate all You Did. Keep Up the Fantastic Job!! They are Lucky to Have You 2 as Employees,!!! God Bless ?.

Pretty cheap hotel, $166ish for night for a double bed.

This hotel was great. The rooms were nice, clean, and modern. The pool is in the middle of the hotel and the kids really enjoyed it. The breakfast was really nice - it included warm eggs and fresh waffles. They even clean and serviced our room each day. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was about a 15 minute drive to Disneyland from this location and about 10 minutes to the airport.

the WORST communication I have ever experienced in my years of staying in hotels. the way one of the workers communicated AT my daughter was absolutely disgusting. calling her names and raising his voice at her. i’m not sure in what world this is acceptable in any sort of service job. rude. disrespectful. never staying here again.

Room served the purpose. Room was cheap and parking was free, and that served the purpose. The dude at check in had no ‘life’; wonder if he was a robot. Rooms setup though felt like a motel style, didn’t feel safe. Breakfast was included and OK for the room rate. In short, OK stay, not gonna stay here again.

The reception and the staff in general at the hotel were very friendly. There is a beautiful pool in the courtyard with seating and lounge areas. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the door, everything is clean and well maintained. We spent several days there and let the sun shine on our stomachs before our journey home from a tour of California
Breakfast was a bit strange. A (limited) number of warm dishes were prepared for us in exchange for breakfast vouchers. A bit strange even for American standards, where you can otherwise help yourself as you wish at the buffet or, for example, at the waffle iron. We also found it not ideal that there were no towels at the pool itself, but that you had to ask for them at reception. The pool toilets were also locked and the key could be asked at reception.

There's are so comfy and a really nice shower!
The only thing I didn't like is being woke up by a blower outside my door...
