AVOID THIS HOTEL!! WARNING: DO NOT LOSE YOUR BREAKFAST TICKET!! The breakfast is available only by keeping ip with a paper meal ticket during your stay. Breakfast hours are 6:30 - 9:30 am, which annoyed other guests over the weekend. If you lose the meal ticket or it gets damaged, you've paid for a breakfast you don't get. They do not bend on this. The tickets are too long to fit in a gentleman's or lady's wallet. Our tickets were lost in the crowd while visiting the Santa Monica Pier. We found out when we went to present them on our last day at this hotel. When we inquired about this at the front desk, we were first asked if we'd "looked everywhere". Really? No, we were just too lazy to go to up to our room to retrieve them . We were told that there was nothing they could do and that we'd have to purchase more tickets if we wished to eat breakfast there. Again, a breakfast we'd already paid for. Nothing they could do? How about looking at our reservation, seeing it's our last morning there and that we did in fact pay for that breakfast. That would have been a great place to start. Instead, they now get a bad (and accurate) review, sharing the shortcomings of your facility. You've also lost a customer that visits that area frequently. Regarding the accommodations, the room was minimal at best. The comforter/bedspread was stained and it was not apparent as to whether or not it had been laundered. The housekeeping staff does not speak English at all. We asked them to give us a few minutes when they came by while we were getting ready to go out for the day. When we returned, the room had not been touched, even though the "cleaning needed" sign was left on the door. Not even a roll of toilet paper had been left. Needless to say, we will not be back nor would we ever recommend this location to anyone!

Great hotel and staff. The only drawback is that you need a car or an Uber to get to most places. There is nothing worthwhile within walking distance. There is a Jack in the box and a gas station nearby, that’s kinda it. Taking an Uber to Disney, Honda center, and Newport Beach are about $25 each way. California is huge and vast. Takes forever to get places and it’s not cheap. Loved our trip though.

I had a very great stay at the Best Western. Nike, who was a receptionist was very friendly and gave a complimentary upgrade for my room. If you’re ever in town and need a place to stay. I’ll highly recommend this place.

My family of 4 arrived at 7pm to check in for our stay from 1/12-1/15 for a hockey tournament this weekend. The staff who helped us was very nice and clear in explaining the cc deposit, location of our room with a map provided, and breakfast voucher. We were given a choice to choose what floor we wanted to stay on. This hotel is much bigger than I thought. It's shaped like a U with rooms on each floor back to back. So your room only has the window by the door. The room is small with 2 queen beds, but I feel like it's a full size bed instead. There is a working fridge with a freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, which I to make hot water to cook up cup/bowl of ramen for my boys. The bathroom is small but decent. There are complimentary hygiene products on the shower wall and 2 small corner shelves to hold your own hygiene items if needed. There is a handrail for those that may need it. The water pressure here is super strong, and the temperature knob is simple for my boys to use. The bed is not firm nor soft and not as comfortable. Maybe because it easily moves every time you shift as it's not secure. The swimming pool is a decent size, and there is a hot tub. There are tables and lounge chairs. Unlike other hotels where the towels are located by the pool, you need to get towels from the front desk and return it to the front desk or bring them back to your room. Be sure to return the towels as they do record your room # when you ask for towels. The pool closes at 930pm, and they are very prompt with the curfew. And beware that you may get complaints from other guests that your children are being noisy while swimming and having fun in the pool when it's not even pool curfew at 930pm. Seriously, it's a hotel, not your home, so there will be noises, especially if there are kids. And it's a weekend. The CA Noise Ordinance is 10p-7am. The breakfast is complimentary and is from 630a-930a. It's pretty decent though its not self-serve. There are 2 options for a breakfast plate that you can order from.and a number is given. There is juice, coffee, and milk for self-serve along with bread/bagels/English muffins, cereal, fruits, and yogurt. The dining area is very small, consisting of about 6-8 tables for a party of 4 and 3 tables for a party of 2. Even so, it's small to squeeze through, especially if there is a stroller or high chair. Lastly, the parking is free and there's plenty of parking. Overall, it's not a great hotel but good enough for families to stay at as the amenities and breakfast are sufficient.

Was here for a training at work and my window was smashed and car broken into in broad daylight. Evidently there are no cameras in parking lots which rooms open out into. Management did not care at all and didn’t even so much ask if I was ok.

Car was broken into in broad daylight during a training for work. Evidently there are no cameras in the parking lot (which rooms open out into). When I reported to the front desk management did not care at all- did not even ask if I was ok. They don't care about your safety so I will never go back- didn't even return for day 2 of my training.

The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. My family and I feel comfortable staying there. Thank you for keeping it clean. The only thing I don't care about is breakfast. I recommend this hotel.Rooms: Clean, and the bedsheets and towels have a better smell than other hotels. I really love the hotel.Safety: Very quiet and safe

Was skeptical to book this as the reviews are not the greatest. But most of the reviews were about staff that weren't the best. We had interactions with two main staff members. One was great and worked to pre-book our friends room next to ours even though they weren't getting in until the next days. I wish I could remember his name but he was very friendly. Our room wasn't ready yet so when we can back to get our room there was a new gentleman. He was a bit more abrupt and not as friendly. He was fine but was not like the first person who went above and beyond. The second employee made us feel like just another transaction. When we got to our room it was clean and better than we expected. I like the hardwood floors as the carpet in a lot of hotels are pretty nasty. Over the 5 days we were there we didn't have any issues with the room except that it seemed to hold a lot of moisture in the room. Probably from the AC unit though. We did do the continental breakfast one day. It wasn't that great. You got hash browns and scrambled eggs with your choice of waffles or slice or ham. It was pretty minimal. They did have some fruit, breads/muffins to grab as well. But I have seen better breakfast options elsewhere.

We stayed at this 2700 Hotel Terrace Best Western in Santa Ana CA in March of this year 2023. When we first arrived the door would not lock. We called security and they said the battery was low and changed the batteries. The very next night we were robbed of nearly all our belongings and the hotel manager Huy Tan and corporate office continue to take no responsibility for our loss or the future safety of their customers. The room was easily accessed by the robber as there was no damage to the door or window. The experience was terrifying as we were able to track the robber via the stollen computer as he headed back to our hotel after visiting several homes surrounding our hotel room. The police said felt we were targeted at the time of our arrival and we needed to leave immediately. We found another hotel in an area the police deemed safe and fled at midnight that night. Do not stay at this location or at any Best Western location. Even though it looks safe it is not at all safe the Best Western will do nothing to help with your safety or take responsibility if you suffer a loss.Safety: Terrible safety and security.

This is a terrible and dangerous place to stay. We arrived on 3/9/23 and were robbed on 3/10/23. When we arrived the door oddly did not lock behind us. We called security who appeared to change the battery but we aren't sure. We did confirm door then did lock behind us when we left after the repair however the robber easily entered our room during our absence the evening of 3/10 and robbed us of nearly everything. While we waited for the police We were able to track the robber via the stollen computer and watched as he moved to homes near our hotel room and then in horror we watched as he returned to our hotel, parking his car just under our hotel window. The policed arrived and told us it appeared as though we were targeted from the date of our arrival and we needed to leave. We fled the area at midnight and went to a location suggested by the police. Since then the property manager nor Best Western corporate will take responsibility for our loss nor do they have concern for the safety of it's patrons. I will never stay at a Best Western again.

Very disappointed checked in on the 29th of September for one night my sister was charged $200 pet deposit a pet that never stayed in a room with us my daughter picked us up the following morning and one of the hotel maids reported my daughter carrying the dog (puppy) to our room and decided to charge us a pet deposit !! Upon calling the general manager named Wee he was very rude and adamant and said it's our word against his and I said well don't you have cameras he said no ma'am we do not have cameras even asked for his managers name and number and he would not give it to me and said there is no higher management which is a lie. Never even referring this place to anyone ever!!!

We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Orange County Airport North for 7 days. We were so disappointed with the limited breakfast options compared to other hotels we stayed in the Santa Ana area. The room layout was good and comfortable, and the hotel's location near the airport was convenient for my travels. However, room 346 on the 3rd floor we stayed smelled so bad for us. We requested to switch to another room but unfortunately, it did not happen because there was no room available. In addition, unfortunately, there is no security safe box in the room which is a minus to us. However, they provided the daily room clean up which is a bonus to us. I would go back to stay at this hotel if there is a clean and no smell room.

Terrible business. We booked a king size bedroom with a walk-in shower but got a double queen room with a tub. What's the point of reserving a specific room when, upon arrival, we get "upgraded" to a worse one. We will not be coming back to this shady place.
