I went in and paid for a full synthetic oil change. the first guy who helped was polite. I was told it would take up to 40 - 50 minutes as they were not busy. After 20 minutes of waiting another employee called me over to one of their terminals and said I needed new brakes and it would cost an estimated $800.00 maybe more but he can apply a 10% discount If I pay cash. I said let me think about it I'll get back to you, he then raised his voice at me and said "ma'am this is your family's safety and you have to think about it?" I was more than a little taken aback by his tone and demeanor when speaking to me. I went outside to contemplate how I was going to decline the brake job. I noticed the first guy I spoke with enter the waiting area and I hurried back in so I can tell him I wasn't going to get the brakes done as I didn't want to speak with the other guy again. When I tried to talk to the first employee who helped he said I would have to wait for the other guy. when the mean guy entered I told him I wasn't getting the brakes done, he said "okay it's your life at risk not mine. it will be a 2 hour wait for the oil change" I advised him we were given a 40 to 50 minute wait time and he replied " we're busy, it will be 2 hours". I then said I couldn't wait 2 hours and asked for my car back , he said since my car was on the lift and everyone was busy, i would have to wait until someone became available to take it down. I stupidly said since I already paid I would be back later to pick up my car. I left to do some retail therapy to calm myself from this horrible experience. I went back to get my car a couple hours later and when I drove off I noticed my car felt different like it was struggling a little to move forward, sort of like when your car battery starts to die. Forward two weeks later and my car felt like it was going to turn off while driving. I pull over and open the hood like I know what I'm doing. The first thing I notice is crumpled up food wrappers and my oil stick hanging over halfway and bent. i called triple AAA and they towed me to the nearest mechanic shop. The guy there was really nice and he said since I used regular motor oil it wasn't lubricating the engine parts like the synthetic oil I should be using does. I did tell him I got an oil change 2 weeks back and I ordered full synthetic. He advised that is not what they put in and my oil filter doesn't look like a new one. one engine flush later my car feels better while driving and the mechanic said my brakes were good, also I checked and he didn't leave trash under my hood. Now, I'm going to go and give that auto shop a glowing review.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had my wife go in to get brakes looked at and it was a scam from the start.First told her that there was no warranty on the brake pads, even though we had pads done a few years prior.When they had the car looked at over an hour and a half later, they said that not only do pads and rotors need to be changed, but they also needed to change both calipers and have a brake fluid flush as they said brake fluid was leaking (it was not), all of which would cost $1200 plus.Once she refused service, as she needed to check for another opinion, Kevin changed his attitude completely, and became standoffish and left her waiting for the car for an additional 20 min.Had brakes looked at by another shop and only needed pads and rotors changed, calipers were completely fine and brake fluid was not leaking. Cost less than 1/4 of the price quoted by Firestone.Do not come here unless you want to be upsold and scammed.

Trued to bring my RZR tire here to be patched. The tire is on a standard 14" rim. They refused to even try. Went up Bristol to Ramos Tires. They helped me right away and took care of the patch while I waited.

After about a week of no phone calls I tried again and my FM received a phone call from someone in corperate. My FM accepted a partial refund and offered to put in a request to have the parts replaced free of charge but she refused. All in all I feel it did not have to escalate to that level to get a resolution but my FM is satisfied and so am i.

I rescheduled appointment next day at 12:00 pm I have arrived before 5 mins in my appointment. just for Uber inspection ( new car 2023 ) he takes like 5 mins for check up ( did inspection ) after 45 minutes waiting I'm there from 11:55 Am to 12:50 pm Waw , bad service. And long time with nothing. What about if I don't have appointment. May be I finish when they close!

So I'm feeling responsible and decide to make an appointment for an oil change. I'm like, "Hey, I'll just chill out and wait for my car to get pampered." But guess what? I arrive at the appointed time, brimming with optimism, and what do they tell me? Brace yourself...a whopping minimum of a three-hour wait! I mean, seriously? Why even bother making an appointment if you're gonna wait that long? I ain't got time to waste, folks! Time is money, after all.So, naturally, I had to pull the plug on that appointment. It's a shame, really. I had high hopes for these guys, but their customer service fell flat on its face. And get this: they have the audacity to claim that on a "good day," you'll still be waiting for a solid 90 minutes just for an oil change! Talk about setting the bar low for themselves.I don't know about you, but I'm not exactly eager to entrust my beloved vehicle to these "quality" mechanics. Nope, not gonna happen. Consider this my official declaration: I shall never set foot in that place again. They can keep their marathon oil changes all to themselves.

I'm going to give 5 stars to Miguel. He is the best mechanic in the shop. Always requested Miguel to do Alignment on my truck since 2018 until now. Customer services were awesome and Miguel is the man. But I was there this morning and I really don't like the customer service they gave me. The man was helping me this morning was Luis. After I talked to him for my truck service. I felt like I don't want to come back this shop anymore. Service was really bad. I'm going to give the shop 3 stars only. Hopefully Firestorm talk to Luis and get better customer service for future. But I still giving my man Miguel 5 stars. Thanks Miguel for the best service.

I went into this Firestone to get an inspection for driving Lyft and was graciously welcomed into the shop by Luis. It was the day of the torrential downpour and we both marveled at the sheer volume of rain that was coming down. He let me chill in the shop for a while because it was raining so heavily.Came back the next day and dropped off the car at the appointed time. Sergio finished up 25 minutes ahead of schedule, just as I walking back from Aloha Hawaiian Barbecue (delicious food, massive portions), and I am now driving Lyft, earning a nice chunk of change. Thank you Luis and Sergio for the excellent service and hospitality.

Don't go to this place bunch of thieves. The car could get fix with just adding more oil and they said you have to change the whole thing so $40 repair turns out to 1200$ just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I came and asked for air for my tire cause the one in the gas station wasn't working and with a bad attitude he said just park and wait but it will take 10 min. I wait 20 min and no one came to help me even though I was in-front of them

Don't bother making an appointment since they won't honour it anyways. I set the appointment for 3 and called saying I was going to be late they quoted me an hour and when an hour went by and no one even moved car I asked for my keys back and left. I called back later asking why I even made an appointment and they said they quoted me an hour and a half to two hours. Do yourself a favour and stick to dealership for any and all car management.

Check reviews before taking your car here. Terrible customer service. Manager was less helpful and more rude than any of his employees I've spoken to in the past. Considering they are more expensive than the dealership, I would expect there to be some type of redeeming quality about their service or convenience. Turns out there isn't.

I came in for life time alignment, the store manager take me in and get it done on time as promised, what a great customer service Firestone is lucky to have him, I highly recommend this shop they are all professional and helpful.

Be VERY cautious going here. My brakes started making a grinding noise, so I had taken it to them because I thought it would be better than the dealer... boy was I wrong. Not only was the cost about the same as the dealer was saying it would cost to replace the brakes but they COMPLETELY lied to me about what needed to be done. They told me after their inspection that my rear brakes needed new pads and rotors as well as the front needed new pads and a refinished rotor. Thankfully my step dad is a retired mechanic and when I called to ask him if this was a fair price and normal he said how is your car that's only 1 year old with 25k miles on it needing all new brakes?! He told me to bring the car to him and he will look at it and replace the brakes for me. When my step dad got in there he said they completely lied to me. Yes my rear brakes needed to be replaced (which is still not normal normal and something is clearly wrong with my electronic brake equalizing system that is causing abnormal ware on my back brakes) but my front brakes were in fantastic condition, only 20% worn down and no where near needing replacement! They were going to charge me another $500+ to replace my front brakes even though they were completely fine! They totally thought they were being slick! I'm going to report them to the BBB because that is completely lying and cheating their customers! Beware if you get your service done here they are not honest and will try to cheat or "up sell" you when your car needs something minor they'll try and add things in there that are not even necessary'
