We went to this store for the first time. We found everything ok. Maybe not so organized but the prices are very good! Staff is very friendly too.

An alarm rang as I was picking something up to look at it closer and alarm tag went off and the store security was already coming at me with why you taking off the sensor . That made me feel very disrespected and he basically accused me of trying to steal . You guys should be more respectful @burlington and sure of what’s going on with an item before you start accusing people.

Although I have shop in this store for a long time, it's been a while since I went back, the store in general looks organized, but the shoes and clothing sizes are mostly mixed. Y didn't find any rain coats.

After shopping for an hour & having a wagon full of clothes, got to the dressing room & it was closed due to a staffing shortage. It would have been nice to be notified when walking through the doors with a sign or verbally that the dressing room was closed (there was a greeter at the door who was welcoming every person that walked in). I would have never started shopping had I known there were no dressing rooms available. I called the store & spoke with the manager April who initially said they couldn’t open up the dressing rooms (by this time, the flood of people that were waiting outside the dressing rooms were now in between isles trying clothes on). The Manager April took it upon herself to call corporate or to call wherever it was to get approval to open up the dressing rooms. I am giving 5-stars because regardless of the negative experience I initially had, it’s all about how you handle things as a manager (attitude, problem solving, etc.) & doing right by the customer. Thank you April for turning a negative customer experience into a positive one.

It's okay many items are overpriced. I'd rather shop for clothes at ross, Marshalls, Macy's. Etc.
