Caliber Collition did such amazing repair on my vehicle. Their cutomer service is so professional. If you take a glance at the body shop you know for a fact, they are top notch. And they work on some of the most prestigious cars so you know that their reputation is on the line and when you get your car back you know they mean business. I highly recommend them.

I had been involved in a minor accident and had been steered to Caliber by the other party’s insurance company. I was treated both cheerfully and respectfully by all involved, my car was ready when they said it was going to be, and they went above and beyond by having the car cleaned inside and out. It looked like new. I would definitely return to Caliber for any other body repair I may need in the future.

Ricardo was amazing! Very kind and listened to all my concerns when I brought in my little Acura that had gotten side-swiped. They did fantastic work in a reasonable amount of time, helped me find a good rental (painlessly) and even detailed my car at the end, which was a pleasant surprise :) They even tried to accommodate my work schedule when I couldn't pick up any time before their closing hours and offered to stay late. I appreciate them very much for making a stressful situation less so. Thanks to Ricardo and all the experts in the back putting in great work!

Overall. Very satisfying. . Ismael took care of me like if I were a friend . Very professional & friendly. The fix of the car got delayed just a few days more but no big deal because I got more than one car so for me everything was great. Some other costumers complain about their car taking too long to get fixed and they get desperate because they have to rent a car or don’t have a spare car in the side to wait without a problem like me. Thanks Caliber Collision Team.

This was my second time using Caliber and it went as well as it possibly could. My brand new EV6 was hit in a parking lot. My insurance company gave me a list and I chose Caliber because I had previous positive experience with another store and the RSM location was convenient for me. The car had to be sent to the Irvine/Santa Ana store because of the extent of damage and bc it was an electric car, but the communication between stores was fantastic and they communicated with me every step of the way. My car was finished before scheduled, allowing me to return the rental car sooner, and not only that, I needed the car for a weekend trip I had planned and there was a detail that was not done yet, so Ishmael had a mobile contractor come to my place of work to complete it so that I did not have to bring the car in again. The extra care to meet my needs was appreciated very much. The workmanship is flawless and you cannot tell anything ever happened to my brand new GT line EV6. It looks beautiful as the day I got it (Nov 28) and I could not be happier with both the work, and the customer service. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who wants high quality work done to repair their car after an accident. They work well with all other entities too, insurance company and rental car company. Great experience insofar as getting hit by someone in a parking lot is fun LOL. Thank you Caliber. My car looks fabulous once again!

My experience with caliber could not have been better. Ricardo was the point man. Frankly, it was as painless as anyone could hope for. The work on the car was fantastic, so kudos to the gentleman in the back, putting their skills to work!! everything else in terms of communication was smooth, I don’t remember the last time I had to have bodywork done, but I know where to go if I need it in the future.
