I have a commercial janitorial company and was going to be in the Irvine area for a job. I needed to rent an auto scrubber on short notice and Steve made it happen. Everything went smooth and I'm extremely happy for the service and product.

I have been doing business with Capellos for a couple treats after my uncle told me about them and he has been doing business for 40 years. Everything I go in they know my name and treat me like family. Steve and Vinny always provide the best service, make me laugh and educate me on services I can provide. I wouldn't go any where else. I love these guys. I'm a woman and they don't make me feel like I'm any less important in this man's business world. They are extremely supportive of y business and growth.

I live over 1hr & half away from this place. I couldnt find the tile cleaning tool I was looking for anywhere. I finally call this place and I get quoted a a price for the equipment over the phone. I made sure we both understood which equipment we are both talking about, the guy tells me yes we sell the tool alone and your looking at about $500-600 for the spinner tool, and he proceeds to tell me come on down and check it out we have it here in stock. I drove down there 1hr & half just to find out that the price is 3 times as much as they told me over the phone. The guy who spoke to me also admitted he told me the wrong information which ok I guess I can say oh well but the owner never once told me hey man I'm so sorry I can at least give you a better deal, NOTHING. Instead he continued to me how expensive they are blah blah blah...3 hrs out of my day wasted. If he would of told me hey man heres a deal for the inconvenience I dont care if i paid more than 600 but just for that no buisness ever. If you call for a product ask for the main owner because the employees have no idea about any prices I guess. Sadly this place wount get a dime off me ever.

If you are looking for a place you can rely on for help with your janitorial business you should give Steve and his family a visit. They will make you feel like part of the family. I've been coming here for over 10 years for random cleaning supplies. I operate a carpet cleaning business and when my supplier started raising the prices Steve stepped up and is saving me money on a regular basis with his encapsulation solution he sells by the case or gallon. He always has it ready for me and is always saving me money. He has also repaired vacuums, Steve took me around back to personally show me how to care for a vacuum so i wouldn't have this problem again. I've purchased a few vacuums here, rented floor machines. They have even given advice on cleaning tile/grout/stone as well as supplied all the product needed to do so. The list goes on and on. Capiche?
